Great customer service.
We went to look at a outdoor swing chair and met a lovely lady Aija who was most helpful and dedicated to customer service with a smile! She helped us choose and gave us all the advice and information we asked for.

Shopping experience in the Drogheda and Dundalk Store
I shopped in both the Drogheda and the Dundalk stores last week. The personal attention friendliness and professionalism of Darragh (not sure if I’ve spelt his name correctly) in Drogheda and Luke in Dundalk were second to none. Every effort was made to understand what I needed and provide excellent advice. Great Service
I am delighted with the help and service me and my partner received from Aija and Nizar. They were both very polite, approachable and knowledgeable when it came to purchasing our new furniture. Any queries we had were answered and both went out of there way to ensure we had every question answered and everything we needed. It was a pleasure to deal with them both and they made the process so simple and easy for us. Will definitely be back again.

Brilliant delivery service
Soo pleased with my new sofa, customer service in store was second to none. The delivery guys Adam and Val were so efficient -literally in and out in five minutes taking all waste with them and bang on time also! What more could you ask for? Full marks 👏👏👏

5 months waiting, 3 failed deliveries, no sofa and still lost money
Absolutely shocking experience with EZ Living Interiors (Dundalk store).
After waiting five months for our Hygge sofa, we never actually received one. The sofa was delivered three separate times, and each time it arrived soiled with visible black marks on the upholstery, so the deliveries had to be refused.
Despite being assured the furniture would be inspected before delivery, the same issue happened again and again. On the final attempt the first piece unpacked by the delivery team again had black marks, so we refused the delivery. The Cloud swivel chair was not delivered at all.
After all of this we cancelled the order. The refund we received was €430 less than the value of the items we never received, based on a vague explanation about discounts that was never explained at the time of purchase.
To make matters worse, we were promised a €500 goodwill gift card for the inconvenience, a card was sent, but when checked online it had a €0 balance.
So after 5 months waiting, multiple failed deliveries, dozens of phone calls and emails, and time taken off work, we ended up with no sofa, no compensation, and still lost money.
Extremely poor customer care, confusing refund policies and a very frustrating experience from start to finish.
Avoid at all costs.

I'll start by saying the quality of the furniture is very good, you get a feeling it will really last compared to cheaper flatpack alternatives.
I understand the business model in dealing direct with manufactures, the downside is the long leadtime... But if you see something you like maybe leadtime is not an issue.
Due to the leadtime I was initially going to give 4 stars, however after the two delivery guys (gentlemen) hauled the 69Kg package up three flights of stairs to my top floor apartment and were so nice about it, I had to give 5 stars.
The two delivery men were Micky & Denis (thank you).
Also have to say staff are very nice,
I dealth with Luciana Andrade who was very approachable whilst being professional.
