We were well looked after by staff
We were well looked after by a staff member in store. She asked us what we were looking for and made suggestions based on our instructions. She answered our questions promptly and in a very friendly manner.
She also provided concise instructions on payment methods and options.
I found the overall shopping experience very relaxing in a friendly environment.

Outstanding Customer Service experience with Liz…
We had such a fantastic experience today at the Mahon Point store. Liz looked after us so well from start to finish. She made the whole transaction so easy, took the time to answer all our questions, and offered some really helpful suggestions that made choosing the right purchase much easier.
Liz was incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely kind. Nothing felt rushed, and we really appreciated the excellent customer service she provided. We are absolutely delighted with our purchase and would highly recommend this store. Thank you, Liz, for making our shopping experience such a positive one!
