The store was really neat and tidy and easy to manoeuvre, Sean Kelly in the Belgard store was a fantastic help with picking out a couch that perfectly suited my needs. He was nothing but extremely helpful and really friendly. We had a great experience today and will definitely be back again in the future

Niamp was brilliant..but again having…
Niamp was brilliant..but again having to wait for 3/6 months for delivery is a crime especially when ur taking 50 per cen deposit....this is the second time this happened. Now that's the last time I will ever shop with u again...I phone my TD and hes looking into this

All staff were friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in the door
Niamh (manager Belgard road)
Was exceptional !! Her helpfulness and genuine interest was another level !
The store was very well laid out and there was a member of staff close by at all times to answer questions.

Buying a bed
Everything went well, the sales man talked through what was available. What was in stock at present. I ordered paid.
The order arrived, after a phone call to say they were on their way. Then the man rang to see if I had the bed so it could put it together. All went perfectly Colette

We had the best sale executive looking after us Darren Stokes who provided the best customer service looking for us and discuss patiently our preferences. Being unsure in terms of sizes he gave us the option to think and measure everything before ordering and have thr possibility to keep the same price for more time.
