Excellent quality item at competitive price. Friendly and professional service from Jess Sonya and Daniel.

Called up the store over the phone and got the nicest most friendly staff member by the name of Isabella who was so polite and friendly.After I arrived at the store in the afternoon I asked to speak to her .She showed me all the beds in the store and took her time explaining the difference of each one. I ended up purchasing 2 beds and a chair. Isabella did her very best to accommodate me and to make sure I had a very pleasant shopping experience.I would highly recommend dealing with Isabella.

Sonja in the Easy Living store in Ashbourne was honestly such a gem today.

From the moment we started chatting, she could not have been more helpful. She really listened to what I was looking for and went above and beyond to help me find the right pieces and make sure I was completely happy with everything.

She made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable, which is not always the case when you are making big furniture decisions. She took great care in organising everything and made sure I felt confident in what I was choosing.

Sonja is an absolute credit to the store.

I love all the furniture and design,all the staff and so professional and wouldn’t buy my furniture any were else. Especially the staff in the Ashbourne outlet store.

Sonya was very helpful and informative about the products on sale. She was a friendly face and very approachable.

Went in for a browse and left with a new dining set. Jess in Ashbourne was great , she had all the info for us without being too pushy.

I called into the Ashbourne store to enquire about a mattress for my super king bed met a amazing sales person called Camilla who had such a knowledge of your products and took the time to help me with my queries so much so I went back the following day to purchase the mattress met another amazing sales person called Jess and completed the sale
It was so nice to deal with those 2 people with their help and expert knowledge it’s a rear thing nowadays

Absolutely brilliant experience with EZ Living Furniture – Ashbourne! Jess was amazing in helping me with furniture for my new home. She kept me updated and sent me photos via WhatsApp of the items from my wishlist once they arrived in, which was really helpful. She was super responsive and easy to deal with throughout the process. Everything arrived on time as expected and the service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Bought the bed on 15th November, and the lady said the delivery was booked for 09th December, and it will be delivered to our new house. We had to take a day off that day because we hadn't moved in yet, and they couldn't give us the exact delivery time. On the day of the delivery, I hadn't received any notification or call to let me know of the time they would deliver, so I decided to call the shop and check. It turned out the lady hadn't booked the delivery at all, and the bed is still in the warehouse in Galway. I then called Galway to try and get this sorted asap; however, they couldn't accommodate me and get the delivery before X-mas, and the next available date is January 13th, 2 months after purchase!! Which means we'll have to sleep on the floor as we can't stay in this apartment anymore—big mistake from their side and not a happy customer.
