Really simple. Collection point very convenient to M50 and in and out in 5 mins. Bulky box loaded into my boot by a very pleasant young man

I've purchased many furniture pieces over the years from the shop floor, but this recent purchase was made online, without viewing the chair. I trust Ezliving Furnitures quality.

Loved using the website.

The chair was ready to collect, 2 days later, from the warehouse.
*My husband said the young guy he dealt with in the warehouse was really friendly.

I'm thrilled with the chair and the entire purchase experience from start to finish.

Click and collect is a nightmare.

Excellent customer service and value for money products

Collected from the depot in Dublin 15 and staff were very helpful and went above and beyond. I really appreciated their kindness. The item purchased is beautiful, excellent quality and worth the price.

Hassle free. Very nice man packed my mattress into the car. I was done in 5min. 😃

What’s a terrible experience. I bought a table online over the Christmas period. Only after I completed the transaction did I get an email to state that their warehouse wouldn’t open again until Jan 13th. Who stays closed that long after Christmas?

I then get a text message to say the table is ready for collection between 9-4. I drive all the way out to Damastown to be met by closed gates and a sign that says open Tuesday and Thursday. This is despite the fact that I got a message from them saying to collect between 9 to 4. There was no instructions to say that the business was only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I then take a morning off work to go collect the table. I arrive at the warehouse to be met by two completely unhelpful lads working in the warehouse who looked at me as if I had 10 heads it took them about 20 minutes to find the table and at one point one of them shook their shoulders when I asked what happens if you can’t find it there wasn’t so much as a thank you and I had to ask them to help me lift it into the car

Honestly, a really really poor experience and I would not be shopping there again.

Ordered online for collection and will be ready for collection in 14 working days as stated when I placed the order

We bought the coffee table the edge of legs are broken.

I can’t praise the staff enough they were extremely helpful ,pleasant & only to happy to oblige

The website says stock available from the 17/12/2025 and when I purchased the order they told me stock would not be in untill mid February which is too late

Everything made easy online, wasn’t happy with the long wait for delivery so arranged collection with ease. All handled very well by customer service and pickup was very straightforward too in mulhuddart

Picked up 2 boxes in Airside and the manager in particular was just really nice and very pleasant to any staff around. However. The boxes were in bits, wrapped way way too tightly together but I thought nothing of it and off I went. I had to cut one of the boxes open to end get the holder out and the other one I have just opened to find the glass broken in 1 area.. Very disappointing. However. I went back and the staff were just amazingly helpful. Again. Super staff and great interaction between them. A genuine upbeat feel. WIll defo go back but maybe not to pick up on-line order. Thanks

Made an online purchase for collection at collection centre after receiving email to collect my purchase it was not at the centre, however after this mistake the item was delivered by courier service to my home, well done EZ living customer service

Efficient delivery of the product

It was easy to naviagate the website and purchase the chairs. However, as I wanted to get the goods sooner, I chose to collect them and then learnt it will take as long to collect them as it would have done to have them delivered for free. Plus the collection time is very limited and the site far away. I would have gone with delivery if I had know. But I'm looking forward to getting them!

I decided to save €50 by collecting the item myself. The staff were very helpful - once I got there! I would have appreciated some clearer directions.

I cancelled my order over 11 days ago and despite two calls to your customer service dept, I am still awaiting on a refund.

Easy collection, order was available very quickly and the depot workers friendly and helpful. It was a large order, but he loaded the van efficiently and I was in and on the road in less than 20 minutes.

We ordered with yourselves as the item showed IN STOCK.Chose Click and Collect hoping we could collect the item within a few days but received an email saying item will be ready to be collected in 2 weeks time.We feel misled by yourselves
