Alisha was most helpful and responsive to all our queries. Went to extremes to get best deal.for us. Staff generally were all friendly and helpful. Look forward to visiting the Coleraine store again soon.

Alisha was extremely helpful in helping us choose our sofa. She was very helpful in showing us a variety of materials and colours. And even some cushions to go with. She was very upfront about the cost and discounts and the time it would take for delivery.

Wonderful experience! During my visits at the coleraine store…
During my visits at the coleraine store I dealt with Ed and Alisha. Ed was so patient and took so much time helping me. Alisha was a bubble of happiness and made me feel like I’d known her a lifetime. These guys are a great example of what good customer service really should be.

My experience of EZ Living Interiors has been excellent. The quality of the products is wonderful but the professional and courteous approach of the staff is the highlight. Alisha was particularly helpful, paying close attention to the needs of the customer and providing excellent service.

When we visited EZ yesterday
When we visited EZ yesterday, we met Alisha Jordon, who made our visit a pleasure. Why? She approached us carefully and quietly with no fuss; she was extremely helpful, giving us all the information we needed without the usual sales pattern, which was refreshing. I'm not the best of shoppers, but I will return to EZ.

The staff were all lovely that i dealt…
The staff were all lovely that i dealt with. I dealt most with Lyndsay who was so helpful with pulling my colours and ideas together and giving advice on materials etc. I was able to ring in store and order from another lovely girl called Alisha. The whole process was easy and i felt the staff were great at informing me of all the extras that are available with their sofas. Very happy with our experience.

Great customer service from new start…
Great customer service from new start Isaac while purchasing some outdoor furniture & accessories. Lovely well spoken young lad that went well above & beyond with our purchase!
Wish him all the best in his new venture, I know he’ll go far!
