I unfortunately had to go shopping with the wife and I hate spending money but it was made slightly easier by the wonderful sales person called Phil Brannigan what a pleasant chap very helpful.

Called in to Holywood exchange store to…
Called in to Holywood exchange store to browse sofas. Dylan Rhodes provided an exceptional in-store experience. The showroom was excellent with plenty of choice. Found a quality occasional chair that will be perfect. Dylan answered all my questions, and made the purchase process easy and enjoyable. Care was taken to provide excellent customer service every step of the way. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

Fantastic experience at the Holywood Exchange branch today with Jenni Wylie. She was incredibly helpful from our initial call to our in store visit. Jemi Wylie was really helpful and honest when we were buying an ex display rug and lantern stand. The stand had a mark on the base which Jemi pointed out and we hadn't even noticed. We really appreciate transparency and would definitely recommend to friends and family!

EZ Living simply the best buying experience I’ve had!
I bought a small double bed from EZ Living. A seamless process with superb help from Shaun who’s in depth product knowledge greatly assisted my final choice. Importantly there was no hard sell whatsoever just sound advice. I was able to wander round looking a EZ Living’s extensive range and most importantly I was able to try out the beds until I got one which suited me. As I said no pressure just superb advice. The delivery arrived as expected with updates every so often and a final check call to say arriving in ten minutes. This was extremely helpful. The fitter arrived and put the bed together in no time - and took away the packing too. Another very pleasant hard working young gentleman called Kirk who knew what he had to do and did so with expertise. Probably the best buying experience I’ve had for years! Very well done EZ Living sales, delivery and assembly team. You could not be bettered
