Do not buy from this company!!!!!! I got scammed, I ordered two items received one, contacted them, they donât respond and I went on their live 3 times to ask why they scammed me. First one, she ended the live, second one Modest Street called me pagal (crazy) like seriously? Youâre calling me crazy after youâve scammed me and then proceeded to block me, the third time, I asked again and she blocked me again?? Is this seriously how business operate these days? At least take accountability for your actions. Absolutely abhorrent behaviour. Actually disgusted by these businesses. You did scam me, I did go through the proper channels, you stopped responding to me on TikTok messages, so I went on the live, sent messages and then âmodest streetâ more like theif street, called me pagal and blocked me from the live, have some haya and sharam. If youâre gonna lie, do it properly. My statement above still stands. Youâre scammers and there are plenty of reviews stating the exact same thing. Which you conveniently ignored.
Disappointing
Well.. I ordered three suits.. on ordering was given the option to order with mobile number and and proceeded expecting to receive order confirmation via text.. payment was taken but no order confirmation received.. upon calling spoke to someone who arranged for order confirmation to be sent company insisted it was because I didn't provide email even after I explained my user experience was the option of using my mobile number instead of email which the site allowed on order.. delivery was arranged for next day even though I explained I wouldn't be in and would prefer day after.. and I was told I could re-arrange.. I accepted.. I received notification of delivery slot and re-arranged only to find parcel had been left outside in the rain.. on opening and trying items they were not as advertised or shown in pictures and appeared slightly damaged and lacking in quality the button was loose on one suit and the intricate lace design slightly frayed on other two.. not what you'd expect of new suits.. upon contacting retailer.. customer service was lacking and definitely didn't feel valued and certainly wasn't extended any customer satisfaction instead was informed.." you can't get a full refund.. only payment for items.. it's our policy.. no apology.. no consideration for my bad experience.. no attempt to retain my custom.. I now have to print and complete a returns form and arrange postage and return so I'm not only out of pocket for initial postage but will also be out of pocket for return.. very disappointed and regret my order and purchase..

Scumbags sent a ripped dress, took ages to process a return, extremely slow and bad comms. They promised to refund the postage costs but I am still waiting for the refund. I am considering going to their shop in Luton and sorting them out proper. Thieves, scum.

Horrible customer service and NO REFUND policy
The customer service in this place isn't very good.
They don't make it clear that they only do a single exchange on clothes and there is no refund option (even if they don't have the correct size or anything). We bought something for our daughter (and she wasn't with us), when we paid for it, it was assumed they would provide a refund if it didn't fit (last size). We went back the next day only to find out no refund only ONE exchange and no exchanges after that. What a scam.

Ordered online nearly 2 months ago. Still waiting for refund. Quick to take money. Customer services is disgusting. They never answer the call and tell you that you will be refunded by next week. I wish I had checked the reviews before buying but this company has been around since my teenage years and had full faith in this established company. Obviously not anymore. I have to give 1 star to write a review when in actuality Iâd give 0 stars! Please avoid this company! I ordered an item on the 12th of August 2022. I have not received my order and also have not received a refund. I have emailed Asma Latif and the main company email and I have had no response. Itâs nearly going to be a year! Please avoid this company. Thatâs £50 gone out my pocket. If I at least received the dress fair enough but I did not. Disgusting, vile and heartless.

Really bad. Avoid!! They delivered items with stitched ripped, buttons missing and crazy sizing. When I requested a refund and returned the item (having to pay for postage again), they just ignored me. I ended up having to go through PayPal and it wasted a lot of time. Really unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I placed an order with Fabeha and thankfully took a screenshot of my order being accepted. Although my money was taken immediately, I received no emails or communications about my order and when I logged in online to check the status there was nothing in my order history. I tried getting in touch with them via phone and using their contact us enquiry form but got no response.
Thankfully because I took screenshots and paid on my Mastercard, I was able to get refunded from my card provider by providing them with all the details, but had I not done this I would be out of pocket. Don't order from this company!

The worse service i ever came across! i never received my order worth nearly £50. been calling them and all i get told is to call back and they will let me know what's happening. it's been nearly 2 months and neither did i get the dresses i ordered nor did i get a refund. i had to open a dispute with paypal so waiting for the outcome with them. Thank god i paid with paypal. please stay away from this fraud company, you will lose your money and will have to waste a lot time and effort to get your money back!

Items areived damaged and when returning coming up to a month now and no refund had to open a case against them on paypal. They arenât trustworthy, professional and lack integrity. Ordered my Eid outfit from here for the very first time. The next day I read the bad reviews on trust pilot and I was extremely sure that I wouldn't receive my item. I was wrong! After 3 days my beautiful dress arrived. It was so much better than the pictures. It was a long beautiful navy dress with silver beadwork, Im normally a size 16, I used the size chart and ordered an XL (16-18) . I used the code Rumena20 from the influencer Rumena and I got the dress for only £55.99. such a bargain, it was heavy too like a proper wedding outfit and when I wore it people said I looked like a princess. The reason why I've only rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is because on my order history on the site it said "dispatched and tracking number sent by text to customer" I received no tracking number so I emailed them. They replied 2 weeks later asking for more information but I already had the dress so didn't reply back. I do suggest they improve their customer service. I don't know whether I just got lucky as there are alot of bad reviews on here but I will order again. I do suggest ordering using PayPal as it is easy to get a refund if they don't send you one.
