Don't know how many friends she has giving her all these 5* reviews, if you scroll further down too some more they're more like the truth. Where to start this absolute joke of a fraudulent company ordered in September 2021 Well in advance of the Christmas rush pjs for my little girl and her cousin. Firstly shaniece sent them via Hermes who messed up and never delivered. No idea what happened there but considering it's hermes there's no surprise. Made her aware of the situation sent her the tracking I was getting, she also contacted hermes as did I. Then the resolution was that she would send more, I'm a reasonable person so thought ok never used the company before give them a chance, mistakes happen. Now here's the catch they don't have anymore in stock now but will be having a delivery before Christmas and will guarantee me delivery by christmas so I thought well I paid now and they'll still be here for Christmas so agreed. Kept in contact and then on the day that she was supposedly posting out for next day royal mail tracked she sent me a picture of a piece of paper with random sizings and girls and boys written on it in pencil so I was like ok what's this? She then proceeds to tell me she doesn't have the sizes I've ordered and could I put my then 9 month old baby in 0-6 month old sizing, to which I obviously refused, She then said she would be getting another delivery if I just waited for that she might have her size then(this being days before Christmas now) so I politely said thanks, but no thanks and requested a refund which shaniece agreed too. Now when I ordered in September she was offering 30% off but had done the offer wrong on her website so it actually took £30.00 which ended up being half of the order amount (50%) I had paid via PayPal so she then asked me if I could pay the outstanding being £12.02p via bank transfer which I did. Now refund requested by me, accepted by her, she then made several excuses as to why she couldn't refund me that day due to buying in nappies and then she would do but needed to settle her child, then it would need to be done through her business account but she's gone home now. Now I have a young baby myself so again I thought ok she's having a tough day and it happens. Then the next day still no refund, conveniently out of office for her Christmas break ok everyone needs a Christmas but I've been more than patient I've also had too shell out for new pjs for the kids and luckily found someone who sent them next day delivery, which they did, (thank you Clark&Beau). This continued into new year where she made no attempt to refund me and is still currently ignoring my messages so raised a case with PayPal who refunded me thankfully but still £12.02p out of pocket from the bank transfer as she asked me to choose pay a friend when I done it. Oh and if she ever dares to deny it I will post all of my proof everywhere and tag her in it, all of our messages insta and texts, these are not false claims, these are a perfectly reasonable person who expected more as a customer from the company I was ordering from who can prove everything she is saying. Beware and don't order from this scammer.

More than impressed with my items. Have bought several cushions from this small business & whilst the items are of a high standard, so too, is the customer service/delivery/packaging. Can’t rate them highly enough! Will def be making more purchases in the future.

Ordered from Fabrinco last year and this year and both times the service has been amazing. Have been kept up to date with orders, and shipping times and the products itself are beautiful and very detailed. Even better than in the pictures.

Amazing service, amazing dogs bed couldn't be happier

If i could give a zero I would bought a dog bed wrongly sized I sent it back next day contacted seller no answer after 3 days till I decided to open a pay pal dispute shaniece said she would pay money in on 25 April never happened no answer to messages phoned PayPal and they have refunded my money today case is closed in my favour .. very unprofessional customer service!

Terrible service!!!!!! Had placed an order & PAID, not yet received the item & when 5+ messages have been sent to the seller but is still yet to reply AFTER A MONTH!!!
Nothing short of a joke!

Purchased 2 initial cushions in silver crushed velvet & gun metal glitter. Both arrived well packaged & much sooner than expected. Very pleased with them as they match my boudoir very nicely!

Absolutely amazing products! I bought a medium dog bed for my 2 dogs and it’s so soft! Quality is fantastic! I also got the 2 personalised bones which are so glam and bring my room together nicely!
