Hello,
A couple of weeks back FairRennovation completed one more rennovation project in my appartment. That was my 2nd collaboration with this company, and I am happy with the results. I can only praise the both teams involved in two projects at my place, and thank Sergey for professionalism and effecrive leadership.

Sergey is currently doing renovations in my apartment in Amsterdam. Well, the process got stuck. And Sergey doesn't respond to messages

His website says: "Our priority is not only the precise fulfillment of the stated estimate, but also the deadlines for completing the work, as well as compliance with European quality standards!"

But during the renovation of my apartment, it turned out that neither Sergey himself nor his team speak English or Dutch. This is not a problem. The problem is that they do not have local certificates, do not know the local laws on soundproofing, do not follow safety precautions, and did not know how to throw out construction waste. Some of the waste is lying on my balcony. Sergey constantly postposnes in estimation for subsequent work, and then sets the estimated price of future works at some astronomical figures, at least five times more expensive than the average on the market

There is practically no complaints about the part of the work that the workers already did. Besides the fact that after removing one heater, the cv kettle started making a lot of noise (I let the air out several times, it didn’t help)

I would advise to discus all prices in advance.

Unfortunately now I have to start a legal procedure against Sergey Talashmanov and Fair Renovation, because quality of performed works is terrible and cv-ketel is broken, tile in the toilet is broken, wall in the ready bedroom is also broken during the renovation.
