Dreadful experience so far. We were told that Fairfield would buy us out of our contract and provide much better service at a better price than BT. We went ahead, they fitted the phones which aren't great and have more signal issues than the traditional landlines we moved from. I have been chasing to get a refund of what we paid BT to end the contract, along with the incentive of £200 Amazon vouchers that were promised if we went ahead. We cannot get in contact with our 'account manager', accounts aren't interested and they aren't even responsive to a Letter Before Action and haven't acknowledge my emails stating I wish to raise a formal complaint. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - you will regret it if you don't!

From the very start Fairfield have been a great company to deal with. We highly recommend them.
Sammy came to visit us several times and was able to give us good solutions to issues we'd had. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.
The technical team who came to install gave great instructions and explained everything clearly.
But the special mention has to be for Louisa in accounts who has gone above and beyond in helping us. She has worked tirelessly to sort out our contract with the previous provider. She is an absolute credit to Fairfield. Thank you so much Louisa, your help has been very much appreciated.

from day 2 we had no internet or phones lost alot of buisness due to this, customer service was appalling sammy the sales rep. not helpful in any way just there to sell a system that did not work and signed me up for more years then was agreed never answered calls from me felt totally let down and scammed by him, could not speak to a director but apparently sammy iis a director ? iwhich is discusting if tue only choice was to seek legal action if we did not get any answers,
reece was amazing and helped every way he is the best engineer there definitely better then engineering managment went above and beyond to get us up and running again and very knowledgeable of the system,
in the end louisa spoke to us and she was great and helpfull and always communicated just a shame took months to get here but hopefully finally up and running and no more problems,

I would like to make this review about an engineer not the company
We had a problem with the internet dropping I was contacted by engineer Simon who tried to address the issue on trying to rectify the problem we then found our printer lost all communication this was because of some changes made Simon was a total pleasure to talk with and went overboard with help until the issue with the printer was rectified

Fairfield fitted a WiFi signal booster at our remote Quarry site to enable additional security cameras. Booster worked excellently, Simon was very helpful in suggesting the fix, great solution to our problem and it saved money. Recommended.

We've recently switched to Fairfield telecoms from another provider for our office phones. The whole team has been great in setting this up and ensuring everything is running smoothly. Our contact Maddy has also been really helpful in providing follow up help, whilst we get used to the new phones.

Simon was our technical engineer on the day of transferring the phone system. He was amazing and went beyond the call of duty to help us. Also Louise the regional account manager was excellent and has been able to help us with all our queries efficiently and truthfully.
We have never experienced such good service with a telecoms company ever. Well done Fairfield!

Fairfield Telecom, are an outstanding company and we have used them for last 3 years. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Karl is our Regional Account Manager and always available for advise and is extremely helpful.
We have recently received an upgrade to our phone system which was installed by Reece. He was very polite ,helpful and very knowledgeable about the new system. The upgrade was installed efficiently and did not disturb our business. We highly recommend Fairfield Telecom.

Great Communication and great customer service. The staff at Fairfield Telecom were particularly helpful with the setup process. Maddie was on hand to answer all my questions and queries. I have no problems at all in recommending this company.

Simon was very professional from start to finish of our installation. The customer service afterwards has been exemplary - nothing is too much trouble.

After some initial problems I’ve spoken to Jon and now I’m a lot happier as he is going to sort out the issues I’ve had.

Absolutely fantastic company from the initial sales to the set up!
Not at all pushy just gave you the information then left it until we were ready to move supplier. The transition was fab - the guys (Simon and Reice) were so helpful and made sure we were fully aware of what was happening and gave us full training on the new equipment!
Cant rate them highly enough - superb service throughout!
