Extremely helpful
Fairway were excellent throughout the whole process of buying our sofa. Neil was incredibly helpful and gave us lots of advice when it came to choosing the right sofa for us.
The communication was brilliant and it all went very smoothly. Really pleased with our purchase.

Faulty Cushion
Hi, everything was really good with the delivery guys. However, after about two weeks I found a knot in one of the cushions on the two seater cushions and took it back to the shop in Tavistock and they confirmed that the cushion was faulty! The staff were very helpful and have ordered me a new cover and for someone to come and fit it too,

Customer Service
My friend and I were looking around the showroom for lounge chairs. We were met by Harry who was most helpful, made us a cup of coffee and he told us where to look. He was not pushy, made some suggestions as to what to look out for when choosing furniture, gave us some samples of the upholstery available to take home which was extremely useful. He took my order and promised delivery would be before Christmas. The furniture arrived 12th December 2025. The two men assembled the furniture and took away my old suite, no hassle and very clean.

Extremely helpful
We bought two sofas for our new house, expecting to have moved in before they would be ready for delivery, however instead of moving in September as we thought we didn't move in until 1st December. Despite arranging delivery dates several times Fairway were very accommodating and kept them in store until we were ready. So thank you so much

Excellent service experience
From the day we ordered our suite in August through to the December delivery we have been kept up to date with the progress, (monthly telephone calls). We have been regular customers of Fairway Furniture since 1981. From the instore service right through to the delivery, we have found their staff extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, any issues, (one or two) we may have had over the years have been dealt with to our satisfaction. A top class company we would highly recommend.

I bought a new mattress for my guest…
I bought a new mattress for my guest room. There was a good choice in the shop at good prices and the delivery was arranged at a time to suit me and very soon after I placed the order. The delivery was on time and the mattress was placed in the room of my choice. Communication was good. A much more personal experience than with online shopping and I had someone local to speak to if necessary.

If.you want great furnature, Go to Fairway..
We had our electric sofa and armchair nearly a year, but when one of the seats failed and recliner switches failed, they was very fast to get it sorted for us.
We will always go to Fairway if We need anything else..
