I've paid to a person who has scammed me. That guy uses fampay. He looted me with ₹199. The app was instagram where we talked about some trading or investment. He gave me fake proves of trust. As I completed the transaction, he blocked me in instagram and disabled or deleted the account. He took my name, age and number. What should I do now for my loss. He is cyber criminal. I HOPE HE WON'T DO ANYTHING WITH MY DETAILS. I please look after this

My famapp account will gmail exhaust 2 times i will change mobile and old gmail is missed so i changed for 2 times now not opening fampay please solve this problem. My famapp num-6369932302

They provide very good survice. Transaction are very smooth and fast. But sometimes fampay don't work on some QR code. And something it takes a little longer to scan QR code.

I am sending total 50 rupees on a other person At their qr code but he does not receive and in my account their will be shown that my payment is completed please I request you to solve this types problem and give me my money refund

My experience towards fam pay is well because i never faced any problem related to transition an all .and thats why i realyy like it and i also want to inform you guyzz don't trust on these apps if you do transition like below 100 then this is good but for big money that is not soo be aware and frm this app doo small transition... In fampay there r Manny fruad and cyber scammer a scammer hav taken my 7890 when I complent ot the fampay they didn't do any thing fampay don't have strong security so the scammer and fraud r doing there job very openly heyy fampay company I need my money back 😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Hello Sir/Madam I am Nandini kumari using famapp frequently to receive payments for my freelance works and very recently on 24th of june my famapp account got blocked with a fund of 81844 rupees and now the tech support is asking me for last 1 month of bank statements of all the sender's bank account, which is not possible because no one will share their private infos with me like their bank account statements. Also i have made multiple credit transactions by over 20 different peoples so it is not possible to ask for their bank statement from everyone. And on top of that im not even in contact of most of those peoples now because as it was a freelance work so we stay no more in contact after the work done. so please provide me an alternate option to resolve my issue please i dont have a single rupee in my hand now and they are not even responding to my on X ( twitter ) i have made multiple tweets and posts but still no response, Please help. they have even cut me off from their call tech support, Please help me as soon as possible

Don't trust this app, lost my 500 rs.

This app is seriously a scam ! Transactions can take up to an hour, especially if you try to pay anyone in the evening.
Half the time servers are down anyways so you can't use the app
Customer support DOESN'T EXIST. They just have pre-answered questions. You cannot report any issues
Seriously disappointed with, especially because ive lost nearly 500 giving this app 2nd chances

Fraud! 13314 RS NEVER GOT REFUNDED TO SOURCE THIER STAFF IGNORED 29 MESSAGES ON EMAIL. CS ON APP WONT REPLY THEY WOULD TYPE OUT A GENERIC MESSAGE.
