They Love Bikes, and Their Customers!
A local(ish) staple that goes above & beyond. They've helped me make many great decisions over several years. They've made money off me on sales and also cost themselves a sale from me by being honest ("you won't really benefit from X very much over what you'd be replacing" type of honest advice that's uncommon among salesmen). Even when ordering online and shipping to your home they add a personal touch that really impresses upon you that a real human who probably knows more than you do about what you bought packed your order - and they stock and rep tons of local(ish) brands as well! This mentions nothing of their YouTube channel which can provide a lot of insight on products you may be considering. The type of people that staff this shop really care about bikes and riding and riders, and sharing that love with others. They've earned a customer for life with me.
