Hi,
I was orderd ,one neon light for our clinic on 10 May 2025.Below order details.

Till date my order has not delivered to me and there is no response from this supplier.They have very very poor delivery partners.Neither they have deliver my order nor any return i recived so far.

No customer support over call.Only a lady on whats app will assure you with lathergic approach,which will not resolve your issue.
THEY HAVE MENTIONED 8-15 DAYS DELIVERY.Belive me they are not on their words.

Even after several request they havenot bother to deliver the item .

Im fade out with this kind of supplier .

The product looks extremely beautiful. Exactly as shown in the design. Although it took about 4 weeks to get delivered to Bengaluru. But the final finish of the product was worth the wait.

The entire experience right from the beginning has been extraordinary, Suhani the person i interacted with was more then helpful, she give correct information and gave response at every stage.

One of the best product that we received till now, we really loved and finished is outstanding.
This is our third order.

Their acrylic sheet had a hole in the back and even after requesting the team to replace it the team says it’s a minor defect and the customer service was just one of the worst.
They had put tape to cover up.
And this is after the fact that I paid an excess of 9k to order their most premium product

I bought an elite customised light from them last year costing around INR 7,500 in yellow colour which faded to white in just couple of months.

I kept thinking maybe I did something with the remote settings and it will go back but around Diwali I tried using the remote and failed to bring back the yellow hue.

That’s when I reached out to them, they kept saying we will get back to you. After following up for weeks and sending them 5-7 videos they said “we don’t give any guarantees regarding the fading of light.
You have the option to buy a new one.”

Wow! Great way of doing business, definitely gonna get a lot of business through word of mouth! 👍🏼🙏🏼

They promised the goods in 10 days
It's been more than month still i haven't received the goods yet
They don't pick up the calls
Don't give them advance not doing a genuine business
They don't have numbers through which they deliver the goods . It's itself a joke

I placed my order on July 26, it's August 13th and my order hasn't even been picked up for delivery yet. They assured me it will reach in 10 days (as promised on the website) - I wrote to them to double check since I was getting it for my sister's birthday (Aug 5). Since then, no response, no tracking link for days, after much follow up I got a tracking link that has shown "expecting pickup" for the last 8 days. I think this is a fraudulent company with fake reviews, and a total con job. That's 3k down the drain. Definitely stay away from Fancelite, I wish I had.

So I purchased the 3D personalised bar as I loved the item they were advertising in there video. Took forever to come and once it arrived well what a disappointment. The personalisation was not done they way they showed. So the names should have been written from the bar bottom up instead they placed the name bang in the middle of bar, and no I did not request that as there is no option to suggest where the position of personalisation can be when you order it, only asked for the names wanted on bar. I have sent emails but I am now being ignored. They had an advertising on Facebook so I left images of what they advertised and what I actually received and no surprise they removed my comments and pics and to top it off they have blocked me from writing any more comments 😡
