Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review and for being a member for almost three years. We're pleased to hear you've found value in the stats, insights and visibility into what top-performing FPL managers are doing.

We completely agree that no FPL tool or service can guarantee success. Fantasy Premier League remains a game of skill, strategy and variance, and even the best managers in the world have difficult seasons sometimes. Our aim is to provide the data, insights and tools to help members make more informed decisions rather than simply tell them what moves to make.

One feature we'd recommend exploring further is Elite XI: Team Reveal, where you can follow the transfers, captaincy decisions and chip strategies of multiple managers with a combined record of over 80 Top 10k finishes. Many members find that studying the thought processes and long-term planning of proven managers helps improve their own decision-making over time, rather than just copying individual transfers.

Regarding ChatFPL, thank you for the feedback. As with any AI-powered tool, there is always room for improvement, and we're hoping to make a number of enhancements over the summer ahead of next season. Member feedback like yours plays a valuable role in helping shape those developments and identify areas where we can improve the experience.

On the question limits, these are in place because every ChatFPL query generates a cost to Fantasy Football Fix. In fact, the tool currently operates at a loss for us, with the limits helping to ensure we can continue offering the service sustainably while keeping subscription prices competitive. We appreciate that some standalone AI platforms offer higher usage allowances, but our focus is on combining AI with Fantasy Football Fix's projections, data and tools to provide FPL-specific insights that aren't available elsewhere.

Other tools that may help you improve your mini-league performance this season include Transfer Analytics, which shows what other managers are doing before deadlines, and Captain Reveal, which helps you track captaincy trends. You can also use the Stats Sandbox, Comparison Matrix and Custom Stats tools to build your own analysis using hundreds of Opta statistics, helping you make more informed decisions across the season.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience.

We did investigate this using the email address and payment details provided to us. From our side, we were only able to verify one Fantasy Football Fix subscription payment and one active subscription under that email address.

We were also sent a screenshot showing a separate Apple charge, but this did not contain enough identifiable information for us to confirm that it was a second Fantasy Football Fix subscription payment.

If you are still able to provide the Apple receipt, Apple order number, or any billing confirmation showing Fantasy Football Fix as the merchant, please contact us again and we will be happy to review it further.

It sounds like you’ve mainly been using the Assistant Manager tool. Often in FPL the “obvious” move can actually be the optimal one based on projected data — but if you're looking for something more differential or bespoke, there are several ways you can customise the recommendations.

Within the Algorithm Customisation tab, you can adjust settings such as:

Basing recommendations on Top 1K ownership

Prioritising expected data over projected points (or vice versa)

Increasing or decreasing the Gameweek horizon

Excluding specific players to generate alternative suggestions

These changes can significantly alter the outputs and tailor the strategy more to your playing style.

It’s also worth mentioning that Assistant Manager is just one of over 20 tools available on the site. Many members combine it with:

Elite XI: Team Reveal – follow multiple multi–Top 10K managers and see their transfers, captaincy and chip plans

Opta Stats Sandbox – access 270+ Opta statistics to uncover differentials

Fix Comparison Matrix and Custom Stats tools

The vast majority of Elite XI: Team Reveal updates are made in good time, giving users the opportunity to act on them. However, there are occasional exceptions when late team news breaks, which can lead to managers making last-minute changes.
We recommend enabling push notifications, as these are faster than email alerts and ensure you get updates as quickly as possible.
One of our team will also reach out to you directly to discuss your experience in more detail and hear your suggestions on how we can continue to improve this feature. We really value your opinion and appreciate your support.

Could you provide more details on what specifically you were dissatisfied with regarding the AI? It’s possible that, with preseason uncertainties about player selections and expected minutes, the algorithm may have lacked sufficient data to give accurate suggestions.
