Forse peggio di Fastcardtech non ce n'e' !!! Ho comprato dalla ZOPO, INEW e ho trovato discreta qualita', onesta' e inghippi pari a zero. Questo per sgombrare il campo su idee che io possa avercela coi telefoni cinesi. Ma questi della Fastcardtech si son dimostrati da subito sleali, ho comprato 5 telefoni da loro (4 uguali + uno diverso). Ci fu' subito un problema per riscuotere il mio pagamento (nome e cognome del destinatario erano stati invertiti causa google traslate, ma una volta risolto hanno incassato e poi immediatamente mi hanno comunicato che dovevo cambiare modello perche' quello era stato ritirato dal commercio perche' avevano riscontrato problemi. Ok, cambio fatto (ma i telefoni hanno continuato ad essere presenti sul sito e inseriti in acquisti). Dopo un mese viene effettuata la spedizione con assicurazione. Arrivo in dogana bloccato perche' avevano scritto ipad e non smartphone. Morale...blocco per diversi giorni in cui ho poi dovuto dichiarare il valore ecc ecc. con aggravio di spese. Finalmente arrivati. Gia' a prima vista paragonandoli a ZOPO E INEW erano di pessima qualita'. Dopo una settimana ad uno il touch funzionava in zone si altre no. Inutilizzabile. Nei successivi due giorni ad'altri due il vetro andava in frantumi per delle stupidate. Sottilissimo !!! Li contatto, mi assumo la responsabilita' dei due rotti ma mi vien chiesto di pagare anche per quello il cui touch era difettoso. Riesco dopo lotte ad ottenere di non pagare x quello. Effettuo pagamento, spedisco, "riparano" e rispediscono con lentezza assoluta (ancora pagamento dogana). Risultato finale.......Quello col touch difettoso ha durato 10 gg poi punto e a capo. Gli altri due han durato 15 gg e poi touch inutilizzabile. Gli altri due dell'ordine iniziale ?! Reggono ancora semplicemente perche in dotazione ai miei genitori persone anziane che lo adoperano solo ed esclusivamente per riceve ed effettuare qualche chiamata. Fasthcardtech da evitare come la peste !!! P.s. dopo la mia lamentela per aver avuto problemi in dogana causa loro bugie, il giorno successivo istituirono anche l'assicurazione per problema in dogona.

Very good smartphone. High quality and speed.
When the experience have a good end every thing is Ok.
I don't know how they would behave in case of problems.

I bought this phone over 2weeks ago only problem is I can not make or receive messages or calls..Other than that its very good phone..

I ordered the Goophone i6 Plus and as soon as it arrived it was faulty. Battery was dying after 3 hours of normal use, it took forever to charge and the sound volume was so low I could hardly hear the caller.
I asked for a return, no reply. I sent a request for more info, no reply. As soon as I sent a new message saying that I make a claim to my credit card company for a full refund, I get a mail that is what you would expect from a genuine thug and scammer.
I don't know if I will ever manage to get my money back but whatever you do NEVER BUY anything from this scam piece of "company"! It will be like flushing your hard earned money down the toilet.
The credit card company should be also held liable for making business with thieved like this.

Ce site est une mascarade!!! Que des problèmes!!! Ils n'ont aucun stock , ils vous propose des produits qu'ils n'ont pas et une fois payé ils vous balade des mois et ne veulent pas rembourser sinon il retiennent 100 $ et a chaque fois que vous choisissez un autre article ils ne l'ont pas , c'est des voleurr!!! Ne commandez jamais chez eux

Terrible experience with fastcardtech.
In a nutshell: Ordered a Telephone, damage upon arrival, sent for repair, reports that repair is started and then nothing ...
.. silence..
No respond to emails most of the time. But when I get a respond: poor excuses only. Still no phone..

Avoid this company at all costs.
be warned: Fastcardtech are scammers

Product has been shipped but could not be delivered to my address as it was shipped to a wrong address. They promised to resend it after return but now they tell me that it has not returned so far. After 3 months I am not expecting that they will ever re-send my phone. Because of the delay I missed to reclaim in time with paypal - now I lost my money!!!

Try 3 times this site , each time was with problems

I was sent a non-working phone and I demanded a refund or a replacement but besides not replying for weeks, the replies are lacking any kind of customer service! Will not buy from them again and advise anyone not to do it!!

I received the phone ordered. I switch on. Perfect¡ Works well. The problem came when fifteen days later the phone don't work: it is impossible to contact with the named "Technical Support", from Sales Department only tell you "Contact our Technical Support". I think it not exist. About return the phone and back the money also think it is a fake. Don't reply emails, and of course the are very far from me. I recommended not to have commercial relationships with them. Could be an ankword experience and lost your money.

I bought a smartphones HDC S5 spark from them and it is defective
the screen unstiked the USB port left from the position
i sent email to fixit with warranty and answear me stupidity

I love FastCardTech and Working Assets! I have been a customer of one or both for over 1 years. The service is great, the prices are great, and I get to support the progressive causes I love!

The good:
- very good customer service, they always respond to your question
- received all the phones from them until now (more than 10 orders), although some of them were very late (2-3 months), and one of them was shipped even after I disputed with Paypal, and I kinda' lost the dispute;
- good prices;
- always delivered what I bought;
- good quality phones (only once I received a HDC phone with a loose volume button).

The bad:
- they don't have all the products in stock, even if they say they do (more than 4-5 times I had to change my order, because they contacted me and admitted they don't have stock);
- they shipping is not the fastest;
- they don't have EU warehouses :)))

I bought 2 smartphones total 200$ !
they sold me two phones that they don't work after 13 days !
maximum ! They don't respond at all on touching !!!
I asked from them to let me return them back and they don't accept them !
I've sent them many emails and even messages via its website and they just tells me to download a new rom !!!

UPDATE:
They buying defected not working phones from factories and they sell them to people ! You will only get a problematic device from this site its the rule i guess !

I received the elephone bought for fastcardtech.com.
It's arrived on time and successfully even thought the tracking website do not update timely.
And the phone is in good condition with fast operate and works smoothly.
And i saw the m1 note and Teclast tablet released, even the hdc find 7 with 4g dual sim, wanna to buy a tablet in next month.
But still hesitate which one worth to get, m1 note or teclast x98 air with dual OS.

i bought a sophone i6 ex from fastcardtech. i bought it even without researching and reading the reviews of the site so after i made the payment i saw the bad reviews and got really nervous. it made me feel uneasy so i kept on messaging them everyday to make sure i get the correct package. eventually i got the package and im using the phone in writing this review now :) i made the payment dec 15, the product arrived in my country dec 22, and it got delivered to my house dec 29. fastcardtech has a lot of flaws tho, one thing i hate about the site is they lie. a day after i made the payment they sent me an email saying that my product has been shipped. and they gave me an untrackable number. when fct tells you that your product has been shipped, that's total bullsht. it's still probably in their warehouse waiting to be picked up. but they'll ship it eventually. just wait patiently. but one thing i like about them is they accomodate all your questions. they have this chat thing on their site where you can inquire to their staff and they always reply. so props to their customer service :)

Bought an iuni u2 on fastcardtech.com on last month. This item has the concise ui, a little similiar to miui. And what superised me is supports real 3gb ram + 32gb rom.
First what i've ordered is white color and they've called me to exchange to green version sincerely with a case+screen guard as gift.
After received the green version, it's active and beautiful. I must recommand yours review this color.
While hope fastcardtech can marked the detail information about when the Note 4 Edge and Note 4 N9102 will be arrived.
I'm really want to get these two items.

Yesterday received the phone bought from end of Nov. for christmas gift.
After placed the order, 2 days later received email from service team that item has techproblem to fix then i've chose another prefered- Kingzone n3 as replacement.
They've arrnaged shipment very fast and sent me case and screen protector as gift.
This phone looks beautiful and operates well with 4g lte connection and dual simcard.
After 1 weeks later, i'll continue to share the operation of this phone.
Will recommand friends to purchase on fastcardtech website.
Hope they will give me some discount on next order.

FastCardTech are amazing. They were prompt, on budget and did a great job.My wife just bought "Zophone I5S" without hesitation were using them again. I definitely recommend FastCardTech without a doubt!!!!
