Great interaction and helped me through a process to achieve the result i required.

I’ve always had great service from Fastprint, always friendly on the phone and come up with exactly what I require with prompt delivery, spot on!

Cannot fault their customer service. Wasn't sure what was going on with my order so gave a call. You actually speak to people without pressing endless numbers. I had made an error with my order and was immediately offered either a refund or a credit note. Bear in mind this was my fault not theirs. Other companies should follow their example. Not everyone wants to speak to an algorithm, if u call typing to a machine speaking

They are very reliable overall, and I truly appreciate their consistent quality. However, I would like to suggest an improvement in their communication regarding order status updates.
Specifically, after uploading an order for printing, I did not receive any confirmation or feedback. It was only after I followed up by phone three days later that the team reviewed and processed my request.
Implementing automated acknowledgments or status notifications upon order submission would greatly enhance the customer experience.

We are very happy with our Fastprint labels, the quality is great, the turnaround from order to delivery very fast. In the rare event of issues they are dealt with immediately and with the customers interest at heart. Definitely recommended

As one who is not confident when using IT , I found their website very easy to follow, and easy to create my design.

Ordered some custom stickers, the artwork I submitted wasn’t quite right so they promptly got in touch to help out. Resubmitted and the stickers arrived today, fantastic quality and will use again.

Called to speak to a human ( after speaking to Laura last week - also very helpful) before putting through a complex order online for my new roll-on perfume range; the level of customer service I got from Joel, was absolutely amazing!
He helped me with choosing the right finish all the way through to the purchase..
With this level of care and attention, I have no doubt the end product will look fabulous!
