Be cautious when dealing with this travel agency. They are very efficient when collecting payments, but when it comes to issuing refunds, the process becomes unnecessarily slow. Despite confirmation that the airline had already credited the refund to their account, I had to wait far longer than expected to receive my money. Poor communication and delayed refunds can be very frustrating. I hope they treat refund requests with the same urgency they show when taking customers’ payments.

Better to ask other agency than them!!

للأسف شركة سيئة جداً.. تعاملت معهم فترة ولم ارى منهم إلا سوء معاملة وعدم رد على الاتصالات والواتس اب وعندما يريدون دفع المبلغ يسارعون بنفس اللحظة للتواصل معك وطلب الإيجار بينما اذا تعطلت السيارة او احتجت شيئاً منهم لايردون بالايام والاسابيع واذا ارسلت السيارة للصيانة وانت قد دفعت عليها تعتيم النوافذ من حسابك الشخصي تتفاجا أنهم قد أجروا السيارة لغيرك .. وعندما تحاول انهاء الاستئجار من عندهم تراهم يتواصلون معك باستمرار لتتلبع الاستئجار من عندهم .. وعلماً انني كنت ادفع لهم شهرياً وانا قد استأجرتها لسنتين وبعدها لاحظت ان نفس السيارة تقل قيمة تأجيرها حوالي ٥٠٠ درهم عن المبلغ عندهم ولم يحترمو انني زبون قديم معهم وأثق بهم وبعد تسليم السيارة تواصلت معهم لارجاع الوديعة تراهم لا يردون ويماطلون .. علماً انني لم اكتب عن بقية المشاكل..

Ms. Ajay is very helpfull everytime i have an inquiry about ut tickets or visa she always assisted me even if im not going to avail by that time she's still willing nh to assist me that's why i keep on coming back to her whenever i need to book ticket or visa. Thank you Ms. AJAY🙏

Please if you can get Tourist visa to other company much better.
1. They are giving you wrong quotation and once ready to pay. I added an amount which is not in the quotation.
2. I have this encountered issues with the agent AJ. She's never a helpful. I took Fast track services for my visa and ticket. Due to war few days ago my flight was cancelled. The airlines informed me that it should be the travel agency who will do the rebooking since I took and paid the ticket to them. Agent AJ was never a helpful. Instead, kept on asking me questions which she should know since its her job and problems like what happened to me must be common to them already.
3. It was so stressful and exhausting days for me and yet no help has been made by her. I decided to not proceed and return my refund instead since she didnt start applying my visa despite sending her that night the exit stamp and all. Unfortunately, it has been days and until now, my refund still did not reflect in my account and I have been trying to call the company since shes not replying my messages and all she did was just seen.

So to avoid stressed and hassle choose other agency. They are not FAST TRACK. AND PLEASE UPDATE ME FOR MY REFUND. It is Tabby yes but I have paid it through my account.

Hard to get the deposit

Terrible service — rude staff, no confirmation after payment, and they send shady links. Never called back, and when I asked for a refund, they didn’t return the full amount. Avoid this company!

I had been a loyal customer of this agency and i even recommended them to my friends and relatives since their agent Kate was very accommodating and helpful but just last week a miserable and very bad experience we had.
1. My kids got absconded on the day they're supposed to fly back in Philippines. Prior booking the ticket back i confirmed with Kate if my kids will be absconded she mentioned "No" as long as we paid the fines and since it would only ve 2 days from visa expiry. And since we are trying to save some money on the ticket we booked 13 instead of 11 and taking into consideration that the agency won't abscond my kids. Prior visa expiry i asked the reliever agent on January 8,2024 if i could pay the fines in advance to avoid absconding she mentioned i can visit any typing center or tasheel and I'll just have to show the return ticket. So i visited amer on 10th of January but they mentioned not possible to pay now since the fines were not yet reflected in the system, so i informed the same agent and she shared with me link for online payment in ICP to pay for fines.. i was waiting till 12am on jan 12 just to pay the fines but payment online is not working. So i messaged the agent that it's nit working and no reply from the agent on Sunday, i tried to visit amer but no office on Sunday. So i messaged the agent that i will pay first thing in the morning since mily kods flight was on 3pm. So unlucky me, amer Dubai won't accept sharja visa fines, i have to travel to sharja and pay the fines. FYI, this information should be clear and delivered to us prior booking the ticket back. We were in the airport and then my kids were absconded. I tried hard to contact them and ask them to remove the abscond but the agent just said pay 15k and it will be remove. We are not rich, we work hard everyday for single dirham. I was crying on same day thinking how we could remove the abscond.. Luckily Cristy the team leader, save the day, she resolve the issue, rebook the ticket, removed abscond the next day and they even pay the fines for another 2 days.. i felt sorry for Kate that she will be charged for these amounts but it need to, because she didn't informed us of the consequences of visa will pass expiry for another day. This wouldn't be an issue now if evry single information was clearly explained to us.
2. The agency didn't inform me about outpass fee of 221 for each visa, since i had 2 kids, 1 niece and my mother i had to pay 984 in immigration since my kids were being hold.. my kids were crying and got scared that they might be in prison.imagine the trauma. Now Cristy, ask me to pay the amount and share with her the receipt so they could refund me but until today, no refund.
3. I paid for a security deposit and now the agency will not refund us, they said it was forfeited since my kids were absconded. This information was not explained to us as well.. so i called ICP sharjah and ask clarity about it, the authority mentioned that it was agency's responsibility to pay for security deposit and not from the visitors pocket. And they ask me to file a complaint against the agency. Now I've been begging them for refund, and they keep on saying they need to investigate further.

I won't be bothering them this much if all information was communicated well by the agent prior booking the return ticket. If it was clear from the start, why should i have to lapse the days if i knew the consequences. It was our first time to apply for a visit visa for our kids and on our journey i had been very consistent in asking informations from Kate and she never mentioned all these consequences.

Until now we are waiting for their feedback on their refund. It's not easy as they put us on big mess..

Lesson Learned: Don't trust agent's information and be very extra careful on terms and conditions of each agency.

I highly recommend Ms. Anne of Fast track for an amazing service provided for us.
She work beyond her working hours just to accommodate our needs.

To have an agent like Ms Anne is really a blessing for her clients.

We joined the Armenia & Georgia tour, and while the trip was enjoyable, primarily because of the people in our group and the other group in the tour, there are areas where the organization could improve.

(1) Accommodation Concerns
While we understood the arrangement involved shared accommodations, the agency may look into the facilities (rooms, kitchen, toilets, etc.) before partnering with them. For instance, regarding the number of guests per room, how about giving a heads-up that we will be sharing with other 13 people? Fortunately, the staff on-site accommodated our concerns and made adjustments, but this could have been avoided with better planning and communication. We stayed in the Classy and Cozy Hostel but sadly there was nothing classy nor cozy in the place.

(2) Visa and Documentation Guidance
Although the tour brochure provided details on luggage allowances and vaccination requirements, there was a lack of clarity regarding visa requirements. We initially assumed that the EID would suffice until friends pointed out the need for additional visas. Moreover, during our stay, hostel personnel informed us that we required another visa to re-enter Armenia after our trip to Georgia, which was logical due to the exit. However, this critical detail should have been communicated by our agent to set proper expectations. We applied for an EVisa but ended up getting Visa on arrival because of the delay in issuing of EVisa, this was very frustrating but our agent didn't even give us any comforting advise or help about it. Luckily we were able to talk to the consulate and got things sorted out. We were expecting that the agent, Ms. Grace, or her team leader would do the talking with the consulate but nope.

(3) After-Sales Support
While it is understandable that staff may occasionally be unavailable due to sickness or leave, there appeared to be no contingency plan in place for such instances. When Ms. Grace was on leave, we repeatedly reached out for assistance but were left without support. Despite assurances that her team leader would follow up, no calls were received, leaving us uninformed and uncertain about the accommodation and tour arrangements. The after-sales support was significantly lacking, highlighting a need for better processes to ensure client needs are addressed promptly, even in the absence of specific team members.

Many thanks to Ms. PRINCESS. She’s very knowledgeable,attentive and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.Highly recommended for anyone navigating a tourist visa.

I had a very good nice and smooth travel because of fast track travel. There staff are very accomodating and kind especially ma’am tina. She helps us with all our documents and also suggested a lot ideas for our travel. Looking forward to avail our next Leisure or Business Travel with fast track.
