Regular experience from Aramex delivery person - they don't deliver, just drop calling card and drive away, sometimes not even that. This has happened 3 times already in the last one month. One time i managed to catch the person as he was going to drive away so that i could get my parcel. My neighbours weren't so lucky. Their customer chat is horrible with no response . I live in Westmead, NSW. so if an Aramex person bothers to read this please get your delivery guys to do their job

I ve spent 3 days at home because of notification that my parcel CR0005103148 is dispatched and on the way.
Today I ve spent whole day at home again and received the message that driver missed me. He was trying to deliver my parcel but couldnât find address. It is super ridiculous because Iâm using this service about 5 years and my suburb Melville is well known. I hat this terrible service few times and it is ended up by sending it to supplier back most of the times not even refunded. Even when it was refunded- no one is compensated customs fee and VAT .
This terrible company must be closed.

liar liar pants on fire
twas a mild, dry day in carlow as i was taking a peaceful stroll with a fellow accomplice. we conversed throughout the lovely evening when i had the bright idea of ordering a few items for an event my accomplice was taking part in. the process went smoothly - i browsed the internet for good ideas, settled on two so my accomplice had a choice, and put the order in on a website called shein. shein were great although i try to avoid it for environmental reasons (2nd order ever in the past 19 years of my existence). they communicated the process thorughly with me, and it even looked like my package would be delivered early - as stated by the delivery company fastway with a bubbly announcement of their promises. i had a deadline for this package (my accomplice's event), so urgent delivery was desirable. then, one afternoon, i receive an abnormal electronic mail stating that my delivery has failed. so i think to myself.... huh, thats strange, perhaps the driver is just busier than usual it is halloween times after all. so i message as instructed - through a support icon that sends an automated response letting me know that the delivery company (fastway) has received my message and that a member of staff will get back to me within the hours between 9am and 5.30pm monday to friday. i think to myself, okay, this will be easily sorted in no time, ill just let the customer service employee know of the failed delivery and repeat the correct address to them for next day redelivery. boy was i mistaken. the next day as im awaiting response/confirmation that my package has been delivered, i get another (!) failed delivery message. this time was due to an obstruction (?). for context, the address has a small, unlocked (!) gate where packages are usually just thrown over any way. so at this rate im getting worried as the deadline is creeping closer like the snail (niche reference). so i message them again despite no response the first time in hopes of resolving this non-issue ASAP. yet again, no response, just another failed delivery message, another disappointment. so i take to my sources for information on what to do in this dire situation. i look to shein for assistance - and they save the day. they tell me this is quite a unique scenario and that they too are struggling to "link up", as the youth say, with fastway. he gives me numbers to ring - which i do but get hung up on immediately. nevertheless, the helpful customer service pookie does his best in resolving the situation, informing me fastway did not know the address?? this confuses me as they did know it well enough to inform me that 1) they called and got no answer and 2) there was a gate obstructing them. so which is it fastway? there are only 2 sides to every story - the truth and the lie. i think judging by the reviews given by many other unhappy customers we all know who the villain here is. anywho, package arrived by pure luck and my accomplice has beautiful shirts to choose from for her event, no thanks to fastway smelly losers.

Said they tried to deliver my parcel two nights ago at 10.30pm and I didn't answer my phone. Lies. Said they attempted again last night at 12.30am, yes half an hour past midnight! And it was more lies. We have CCTV and there was definitely no sign of them. Why lie and not just do an honest job?? Emailed Fastway twice and no reply. This is probably the reason the don't have a contact number I could find. I got my parcel today when I contacted the company I bought my goods from. Unfortunately for them I won't use them again if they continue to use Fastway. I'm sure I'm not the only customer to complain to them. Also they lied and said the got my signature, I didn't sign anything! Fastway is a very dishonest company.
Dreadful company
Expecting a delivery. Had been told it was delivered to my home. I have not received it. It is an appaling service. Unable to speak to anyone, and get an automated response. Managed earlier to text one of their operatives. Explained that my parcel was not delivered to me. She cut off the text, saying she had another customer on line and saying that my parcel was delivered. Dreadful way to treat customer. Still waiting for a parcel that I know I will not receive.

Missing parcel
Yesterday I was advised that Fastway would deliver a packet to me, it never arrived. Today I was advised that the parcel was delivered at 9.40 am today, it's not at my address. I've made huge efforts to contact the company, eventually sent my concerns to an email address and received an automated reply. Needless to say I'm not happy with Fastway. I contacted the supplier of the goods, thanks to their intervention I received the parcel later today. Fastway made no attempt to contact me to explain or apologise.
This is not the way to conduct business, as any company should know

My experience with ParcelConnect has been dreadful from start to finish.
The website is barely usable:
⢠I couldnât create an account without errors.
⢠Password resets never reached my inbox.
⢠When I finally managed to sign up, the system rejected every address I entered with the vague message âPlease use some other address.â
⢠The order confirmation email linked to a non-existent tracking page (404 error).
⢠Even on the real tracking page, my label ID wasnât recognised.
Customer support was no better. It took more than 48 hours to hear back, only after I chased through a Fastway rep. My parcel, due for collection the next day, wasnât picked up at all. Two days later, support admitted, âParcelConnect never passed this collection over to us.â They said it would be five days after the scheduled date before it could be collected.
I had no confidence it would ever be delivered, so I booked a same-day service with Captain Courier instead. Within ten minutes my order was confirmed, the courier arrived in under an hour, and the parcel was delivered within two. Night and day compared to ParcelConnect.
To make matters worse, when I requested a refund I was told that despite emailing support@parcelconnect, the person replying actually worked for Fastway, not ParcelConnect, and couldnât help me. They directed me back to ParcelConnectâwho have no other contact details listed.
Finally, I was told my refund would take up to four weeks. You took my money instantly but expect me to wait a month for it back? Unacceptable.
This has been the single worst delivery experience Iâve ever had: broken systems, poor communication, and no accountability. I would strongly advise others to avoid ParcelConnect and use a competitor instead.
Quite ridiculous
Quite ridiculous. I got the link and all but for the first 3 days tracking did not work. I got an email saying it will be delivered today (19.09) and tracking doesn't say "Out for delivery" or something like that. It was left on my doorstep instead of the courier ringing the doorbell. Tracking still says it's in the hub even though delivered

Any deliveries I have received recently where fastway have been the delivery company have either gone missing never to be seen again or else thrown over different neighbours gates (I live in the countryside with no houses particularly close) which is ridiculous. I have been contacting gateway for the last month and have received no response. What a bunch of scammers and robbers. I will never be ordering from any company that uses fastway ever again.

Fastway driver very rude
Fastway was asked to pick up a parcel from my home, the parcel was at the door for ease of collecting it, but he obviously thought he could just come into my property without invite, then proceeded to look into a bag there that was no concern of his, I was too frightened to open my room door, because I could see him standing in my hallway, he then left.i made a complaint about him, no response from customer service, so I sent another, still no response, so I am making a complaint to the gardai to get him stopped from entering people's property, also contacting citizens advice to see what else to do. He actually came again down my path, when I confronted him he denied coming in, then I gave a verbal warning to him and he was very rude, saying he was the boss!!!!he was a skinny looking man with shorts on a scraggy stubble not very nice at all, so girls watch out.
