The store has a really lovely selection of items, in particular I purchased Peanuts-themed gifts and found the best range here out of all the stores I searched. Customer care was very friendly and helpful, updates on dispatch were prompt and precise. I would definitely reccommend FatBuddha.

Im delighted with my Fjallraven crossbody bag. The Blackberry is a lovely colour. This is my second purchase from Fat Buddha Store & excellent service both times.

I ordered four spray cans from this store, and two arrived badly dented with cracked caps due to completely inadequate packaging. The store asked me what I considered reasonable compensation, and I requested a partial refund for just the two damaged cans. As soon as I explained that I couldn’t return them because I needed the items immediately, they completely refused to offer any alternative and stuck rigidly to option of returning them.

They focused only on the “aesthetic” aspect, ignoring the fact that this is not how products should be received. The caps were cracked and the cans dented, making proper use and storage difficult. Customer service did not take responsibility or try to resolve the situation fairly. This store is unprofessional, inflexible, and does not care about customers. Avoid at all costs — this was frustrating, unacceptable, and completely avoidable.

I found a product I was searching for online at the Fat Buddha store and I always like to phone before I place an order, the staff were extremely helpful with my question about the product I wanted to order.
Having placed the order and with free delivery it arrived quickly and well packaged.
I will always now go back on their site as the product offering is so huge.

Yes, absolutely perfect start to finish ordered and received 100% genuine Fjallraven bag. It arrived super quickly well packed. I’m very happy I can recommend fat body store wholeheartedly.
Whilst eBay is absolutely flooded with fake and counterfeit Fjallraven bags this is a true original.
