Meno bloom journey ðž

It has helped with me returning to work in the ambulance service, I have not been having the 3pm slump. This is great as I work 12 hour shifts, my job at times can be stressful and this has helped take the edge off the anxiety you can experience with the menopause. I take Lions mane Reishi Cordyseps Tongkat ali/Fadogia and NMN daily and i can honestly say they are all superb 10/10. From around 36 iv been experiencing a slump in overall health. After recently turning 40 iv felt a big slump in my cognitive aswell as overall stamina really. Iv been with other brands in the past but recently moved over to Feel Supreme. After trying Lions mane aswell as all the above for around 5 weeks I feel much more energetic and sharper.
