Hello Elizabeth, we're very sorry to hear about your experience. However, i'd like to note that you've got the wrong profile on TrustPilot as we don't sell any physical products, we instead help register companies in the US, you can check our website for more information.
And once again, I hope you get that problem sorted our and your money back

At first I was hesitant to order from…

At first I was hesitant to order from Fileyourfile, I had formed my company with another provider and they made a mistake in my EIN, and stopped replying, granted, I was very uncomfortable committing to another provider due to my bad experience, but I'm glad I made the switch, I hired Fileyourfile as my new Registered agent, and had them fix the mistake in my EIN as well as take care of the bank account opening and they even offered me a free tax consultation.
Safe to say that I'm very happy I decided to use Fileyourfile's services, one of the best decisions I made and I'm very comfortable now knowing my business is in safe hands, thanks again guys.
