We have just had our remortgage offer…
We have just had our remortgage offer issued at a much better rate than what we had previously. We used Aggi for our original Shared Ownership mortgage back in 2022 and he was able to find us a deal on a higher rate due to an active Debt Management Plan. We took the higher rate on a 2 year fixed knowing that it would go down and now it has. Very happy with the service!

Highly professional and easy to recommend
The whole process with Aimee Murray and Hana Ward at finamply went very smoothly. I felt that Aimee was great at listening to your specific needs and Hana ensured updates were communicated regularly. Excellent service, yet again
Our broker (Aggi) has taken us through all the options succinctly prior to securing the best deal available. This is the 3rd time we have used him, and cannot be more grateful of his efforts. Our dedicated case manager (Hana) is very responsive on e-mail & text, with updates only when necessary!

Remortgage - Lloyd and Hana have been fantastic!
Lloyd and Hana have been great through the re-mortgage process so far. I used Lloyd for my mortgage previously and he was great throughout the process and therefore I didn't even need to think about using anyone else for our re-mortgage. As ever Lloyd is very generous with his time, discussing all our options available and the current rates. We wanted to increase our borrowing for house renovations and Lloyds helped us navigate the capital raise. Hana has been great from the mortgage administration side being on top of all the communication with the new lender, responding quickly to any emails and pushing the process forward quickly. I really highly recommend Lloyd and his team, they are amazing at what they do and care about the customer experience.

Haha award and Aggi Christou- Great Service
Hana provided us with constant updates when our application was with our lender. Her communication and responses were swift and informative.
Aggi, would not use anyone else to find the best mortgage for us. He was able to fit us in the diary, to allow the mortgage to be completed before Christmas

The process was very easy and there wasn't much for me to do. Aggi clearly knows his stuff and I've turned to him a number of times over the years and he's never let me down.

True to their word and very helpful
The communication was always to the point, very professional and efficient. My mortgage advisor made a real effort and negotiated with the lender to achieve suitable terms for me. I am very happy with the mortgage offer, fixed interest rate and the regular overpayment conditions. The written offer was exactly as discussed in our video and phone calls.
