Was going to go through PB tech Manukau to get a galaxy s26 ultra using finance now until you see the extremely high interest rate of 19.9%! Also ran a hard credit check on my account then said I had bad credit. Hahaha my credit score is 766 and thankfully unscathed by them. They only checked one form of income when I have 2 jobs and a business! Oops someone dropped the ball. Foolish on their part because I still got the phone that day through Spark.

Don’t ever get a loan with these people as they rip you off fully saying I owe them 600 dollars when I already paid it DONT EVER GET A LOAN FROM THEM ! 😊

I was in a very dark spot with my broker until 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗘𝗗 𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 came to my aid and helped me retrieve back my money

PENALTY FOR REFUND REQUESTED Paid my credit card balance. Sure enough my account was debited again the following month. I did not pay to much attention as I thought that the mistake will be rectified. Only when the 2nd debit went through did I phone and low and behold I have to pay a penalty to get my money back!! What a load of nonsens!! I get penalized for their incompetence. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. THIS IS TEFT IN MY OPINION

Useless people, uselwss service

I have overpaid an instalment and requested my funds back. They have refused stating that because I have been late and there is another payment due in just over a week they are refusing me to refund my money. This is technically theft. There policy clearly states they will refund if overpayment made and requested

Useless. Didn’t even give a reason to why my application was declined nor checked my bank.

I applied for 15k finance to be paid over 1 yr but the process was like applying for a property purchase. my last years financials for both my business and personal accounts was not good enough for them. they insisted that i bring my tax return forward for their purposes.
this carried on for over 2 months and in the end i pulled the plug. After reading some of the reviews here I'm glad i pulled out.
Stay away you have been warned.

I paid of an account, and they put the $500 credit card I have with them on the credit account and also said I missed a payment when I make autopayments and never late and can prove it, they are just untrustworthy and i have paid this off today in total will not be using them again ever DO NOT USE

Do not in any way deal with these. They are tax dodgers. They have ripped me off for £3225 I had to keep pay them by pay safe a tax dodge cus my bank refused to put it in there bank.after all that they have not given me a loan. They told me the money. Is not refundable. These people don’t give a dame about you ore anybody on this planet.

Extremely unprofessional and unfair to customers. Applied for a loan under my partners name and was conditionally approved (based on both our income as they didnt have a spot in the application process to get add mine) ,we explained this to them and added me into it, EXACT same income, EXACT same outgoings, everything was the EXACT same on the loan application except my name was on it too and we were told we were not falling within affordability anymore, i explained that the credit sense must be working out something wrong (which its done before with other companies) as after all expenses each week we usually have $300-500 left over so can definitely afford 60-80 per week! and asked that we can please manually go through what credit sense has put down in their automated affordability check to look for errors and that im happy to send a statement through that we can manually go through and i was told that "even if there is errors and information on credit sense that has been recorded wrong and arnt true that we cannot change what its recorded therefore it will not change the outcome" HOW IN ANYWAY IS THIS FAIR TO CUSTOMERS?! information gets recorded wrong about their weekly expenses etc and they refuse to correct it and yet will decline the customer anyway! Extremely unprofessional and unfair to customers. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR LOANS!!

I have requested for a settlement hoping that there would be at least a 10% discount but they have added future fees and interest which is almost equal to the amount that I will pay when the loan matures. Clearly not customer-focused.

They suck so bad in their job. I made a claim from my insurance company to pay finance now but finance now said they did not get any information from insurance company but insurance company said they already send them email . Finance now CCR said they don’t have excuses to clients email.

Awful company to deal with. Took way to long. Lots stupid questions. I have $500 a a week for savings and they still made it hard for a $8 per week deal. Never again. Don't do it. Find someone less crap to deal with.

Despite being easily able to repay the weekly costs associated with the debt, and being a faithful customer with no missed payments for 2+ years, I was still denied. On 3 separate occasions, for no good reason at all.
They made me want to kms as I cant pay for life.
Absolutely terrible company, they dont belong in New Zealand.

Do not get a credit card with them. They have previously messed up my direct debit and I cancelled the direct debit about a month ago. Today I was contacted and advised that I missed a debit, I did explain that I make manual payments and the operator advised that he sees it. It pay more than what is required. Went on my statement and see that I now have to pay a $10 dishonor fee. So if there employees mess up, we as the clients must pay. Do not get a credit card with them, they do not know how to manage it. The operator that contacted me today was helpful and friendly and advised that he removed the direct debit off my account. Hope so.
