Been taking the payment out my bank but havnt payed the creditor I now been receiving letters off them and my plan is about to end in a month and can’t get in touch discussing behaviour

The advisor from FWG was extremely helpful and knowledgeable .She gave clear options as to what she felt to be the correct way forward for my issues.

These are fraudulent scammers, l apparently applied for a loan and this company embedded itself in the application process. I noticed after payments were deducted out of my account and tried to dispute it but it was not easy as they had my details and claimed l signed for thier services which lm l genuinely did not and not even aware of they do tbh. What they are really providing l dint have a clue. They don't have a correct contact number and they responded via automated emails or messages. Please be aware these are scammers do your research or else you will pay the price

Somewhat tricked into the IVA after saying I would be able to refinance my car when needed the actually I couldnt! Made a complaint and had someone called Adam phone me, who told me as I was in the last 6 months of my IVA i could send him a quote and he would put it through! Did that, the spoke to a manager (apparently) who said Adam should never have promised me that! After 1Hr and 20 minutes on the phone, the 'manager' agreed to give me the approval form. 1Hr and 20 minutes it took me, to get this company to do what they had TOLD ME they could do! My heart rate was through the roof and now so is my anxiety. By all means, take out an IVA if you dont mind having to explain every part of your life to these people and then have inconsistent responses every time you call, but I wish I never took out the IVA and would not recommend this company at all, look at something else like a debt management plan where you have control, not someone on the end of the phone! I could write so much more, but I dont have the space to! They also extended my IVA without advising me in writing, so broke their own legally binding contract, despite whatever excuses they put under this review. Its not good enough, not by a long shot, people can still have a life and treat themselves despite being in an IVA, they'd have you living on the breadline so they get their piece of the pie! Fuming!

Pavan was going to set DRO after taking all the details which took ages and said ill send you vouchers. Nothing they even before it started refersed saying i eas getting Inheritance which i have not still recived from my sisters who were power of attorney, but you left it as existing customer so lowell solicitors said cant help and just now debt relief Uk which came from Glasgow
Can you delete existing customer really for all this you should pay it off. Im still in homeless accomadation. Really you should pay my debts of you revoked wrongly.

Very happy with this company. Received my certificate today. No major issues with this company over the 5 years and they were most helpful with all my annual reviews. Thanks to you all. I hope not to have to go through this again.

My X Husband is with this company and is having a absolute nightmare. His IVA is due to finish in September. Fully complied with his IVA all payments made not one missed. He has now been told that he needs to pay for another year. But he was advised he can pay what he wants as he has completed his part. He has never once had contact from his IVA supervisor. Only the buffoons on the helpline. Each one telling him a different tale. Does this company not realise that a IVA is a legal and binding contract not only for the customer but for the company too. As I am helping him through this as his mental.health is at a all time low now. He needs a new car to get to work as he has been borrowing one from his friend who now has returned to the country and needs his car back. My X Husband has tried and tried to get some advice from his IVA only to be told you need to pay more for another year. Even though he has paid for 5 years. But he only has to pay what he wants. Well I am supporting him now and I have told him what needs to happen. 1 phone and speak to his supervisor. 2 ask if they have spoken to his creditors and if they are happy that he has fulfilled his IVA. 3 ask for completion certificate. 4 advise them that he will be taking this debacle of a IVA company to a solicitor.
Absolute rip off. Better companies out there that are helping people to become debt free.

Someone has put they should be called financial harm group! And boy are they right!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Look at the list of endless terrible reviews and don’t sign up to living hell like I did.

1. They accept referrals from people who are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. They claim to have received my referral from a company I have NEVER spoken to before.
2. Similar to others, I am constantly sending in documents that they have ‘lost’ or ‘never received’
3. Emails are categorically IGNORED! Please note this if you do sign up for their services. I have literally never had a reply to an email query and if I have, it’s months later with conflicting information to what I’ve already received.
4. They are coincidently ‘unable to retrieve’ the calls where they apparently provided me with debt advice (this is because it never happened).

The list can go on forever! Speak to CITIZENS ADVICE, they are a free debt counsellor who are not looking to take advantage of you. I wish I knew to do this when I was young and vulnerable.
Financial wellness group have unfortunately charged me over £6000 in fees, adding 6k worth of debt to what I had originally! There are FREE providers out there and you do not need to speak to these people. Believe me, they will ruin your life.

I can’t stress enough , the absolute traumatising experience I have had with these people. It’s affected my mental health and physical health.

FYI - the reviews they show on ‘feefo’ are reviews they get to see and approve before going public so they won’t show the poor ones. Look at the Google and Trustpilot reviews which they have no control over and are unable to silence people they have wronged.

I worked with one of your colleagues thought I had done everything to apply for a DRO he asked me to wait in breathing space for the maximum limit to increase now he’s disappeared phone number not working. Now I’m left at square one again which is not good at all for my mental health which is now worse than it was before!! Disgraceful!!

The most disgraceful company you will ever come across, they need to be investigated for fraud! I fully paid up my IVA a year ago and they kept on slapping more charges! not giving a detailed breakdown to how they decide to steal from you, totally in breach of the contract I signed, in fact, they breached that in the first few months but they know you are desperate so they take complete advantage..you get the usual rehearsed bs but no proof of how they get to their figures.. you cannot get a persons name or job title and no one knows what the other one is doing! I paid the one set of trumped up charges and within days they slapped me with another random charge which I have refused to pay and they have held me to ransom for a year and have hounded and threatened me! I am getting hounded by several robots daily! for the sake of my sanity as this has really made me ill being terrorised this way, I eventually paid the last random charge and then I am bombarded with more threats!! Like I said, no one knows what’s going on, they are just lining their own pockets not the creditors, my creditors were paid off FULLY a year ago!
Please DO NOT get involved with these sharks as you will be robbed left right and centre! you will not be able to speak with anyone, they are nameless, faceless robots, all without a work title! Go to another company for help but do not touch these as you will be burned in so many ways, they are just nasty and out to do you mental damage.

Not happy still getting debt letters not been told my debt is clear so now I have to deal with it nearly 3 years paying money everyweek

Would give 0 stars, signed up they made my partners earnings count to what I had to pay, then after paying for the full time at closing (when I know I overpaid 5 years due to individual debt being classed as joint) they said I owe 5k or they won't close. I plan on going to solicitor to reclaim all profit they made from miss selling an iva under false terms. I would advise all to do the same!

This company doesn’t know what it is doing. The last 6 months of your plan is a nightmare, they don’t realise this is your life. Received multiple emails about the same thing from multiple agents that are following a script. Zero help in all areas. My plan ends in 6 months and I’m at the point where I really don’t care if it fails
