Five stars for terrific customer service. They forgot to include mats with my frames in my last order but after contacting them via email the mats were delivered in 2 business days.

I buy frames for my artwork from Finerworks and have always had a great experience. The order process is easy, customer service is very good and everything arrives carefully packed without issues. I've been a customer for at least 4 years and highly recommend this business

I have been having Finerworks handle all of my printing needs for the last 5 years since I started semi-retirement. I have found the quality of their printing abilities along with prompt service unbeatable. With no hesitation I strongly recommend Finerworks for all your printing needs and the many other items they also offer.

Every time I order a print, it comes to me in a beautiful format that I am proud to offer to customers.

I had two 11x14 photomontages printed on metal to be mounted on rough cut cedar and hung on the garden shed where all our construction worker and fishermen friends hang out. These guys live life hard and we are losing them fairly quickly now. This is a good way to remember them and caution the crowd to be more careful with their health.

The photos were good to begin with and had colors adjusted with photoshop. Despite how good they looked on my computer, they came out looking even better on Finerworks print. I'm looking forward to experimenting with more of their print options

Don’t do it, artists! They sell a great product and very fast shipping. Packaging is professional. That’s all fine and dandy. However, their website is terrible. Your image cannot be zoomed into without pixelating. You cannot tell if your borders are even (I like to do borders), and we all know an image can be knocked off center in adobe illustrator last second. I paid the extra to have them color match in photoshop just to see- and nobody noticed it wasn’t centered? So, I was willing to take the blame, but need to reprint. There’s no way to talk to a human- you are at the mercy of Angela who takes forever and a day to look at her emails. Then she doesn’t read them properly. I asked for a 20% discount cause I had bought 3 expensive canvases two days before they had a 20% canvas sale. Sounds fair, right? I was going to print another large canvas too! She didn’t bother to read my email correctly and two days later I get one saying “no refunds”. I didn’t ask for a refund! Haven’t heard back from her and I’m on a time crunch to print. Forget this company! For these prices there needs to be a human to deal with issues and a much better website experience.

I found this company by chance while looking for "someone" to print (at a reasonable price) color images on porcelain tiles, to place on gravestones. I hit lucky with this company in ALL aspects: price reasonable, delivery worldwide, easy submission. Then things turned even better: delivery delay short, packaging perfect, quality OUTSTANDING with lively colors, shiny coating... I am delighted. I still have to see if it does not fade (i.e. UV resistant) with time, but until now I am top satisfied.

Prints shipped quickly and packaged great. I use the Giclee fine art prints Archivial Linen for my art and it comes out so beautifully. The colors are always exactly right and the paper is beautiful. Will use Finerworks forever to print my art. Thank you!

I ordered some great frames to use with my art prints and they are wonderful. The sizes are good and the packaging and shipping is superb. The frames were wrapped so well that it took me about 15 minutes to take them out of the packaging. Frames were in perfect condition.

I have used Fireworks several times now and couldn't be more pleased. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, the prices were great, and the turnaround was great. The shipping boxes were sturdy and everything has arrived in good shape. i would highly recommend this company! John-Artist

Finerworks always does a beautiful job on the prints I have received on my artwork. I have used them for years and will continue to do so.

I have several hundred images I want to sell via POD, and after reviewing Finerworks’ Shopify integration and receiving several excellent 20x30-inch fine art giclée test prints, I was eager to build my business with them. Unfortunately, inconsistencies with their server’s ability to accept uploads—and their reluctance to address problems on their end—made that impossible.

After deciding to move forward with Finerworks, I began uploading additional images to my virtual inventory on their server. That’s when things went wrong. A particular file was rejected with a “filename too long” error that couldn’t be resolved to my satisfaction. I followed their suggestions, shortening the filename and removing hyphens and parentheses, but the server still wouldn’t accept the file.

Worse, their customer service team appeared not to read my detailed responses or review the screenshots I provided. Instead, they continued to blame my naming conventions or the browser I was using—despite the fact that I had already successfully uploaded and printed 200MB+ TIFF files using similar filenames, and had tried the browser they recommended.

The filename in question is fully compatible with macOS, Windows, and even my Linux server—yet Finerworks declined to investigate the issue on their end. As a quick test, I signed up with Creativehub and uploaded the same file without issue.

In short: while Finerworks' print quality is solid, their customer support experience was extremely disappointing.

The quality of the Prints is amazing, the one time I had an issue they resolved it immediately. They have lovely Card stock!

Finerworks has consistently gone beyond what was required to give me a beautifully printed image.

Finerworks has been my fine art printer for many years. I'm not a high-volume customer - mainly I just do commissioned pet portraits one at a time. I have Finerworks print them on paper, canvas and metal, and then dropship to my customers. In all the years I've been working with them I've never had one single issue with any part of the process, and my clients all rave about not only the quality of the print, but how bulletproof it's packaged. Fast, reliable, quality service. Every time. Kind of a rare thing these days!

I've been using Finerworks for several years to reproduce my original art work. In 2024 I had an issue with color being off . . . it was investigated and discovered that a printer was off . . . it was corrected and I received the high quality giclees that I have been receiving for several years. That is 5 STAR service !!!

I have had many prints created by Finerworks and they been great and shipping has also been great and timely. I love the paper options and occasional sale promotions offered.

I am pleased with the print quality that I consistently receive from FinerWorks. They reproduce my art prints in the original vibrant colors and details. Turn around time and shipping is prompt and the prints are well packed. It is a pleasure to do business with FinerWorks.
