In 2024, I traveled to Turkey for procedures through The Finesse Clinic. My rhinoplasty was performed by Dr. Sedat Ruzar, and I was referred within the same clinic to Dr. Besir Oner for another procedure.

While I did not have medical complications from my rhinoplasty, I experienced a serious issue related to the other procedure. During this time, Dr. Besir Oner was dismissive, rude, and unwilling to come to the hospital or assist, despite the situation being urgent and frightening.

I was explicitly promised an in-person interpreter. When this happened, there was no interpreter and no meaningful support, leaving me alone in a foreign hospital. It was one of the most terrifying experiences of my life.

After payment, communication dropped significantly. Follow-up was minimal, coordination was poor, and staff interactions felt cold and transactional. I felt rushed, unheard, and treated like a number rather than a patient.

Once they had my money, I stopped mattering.
If you are considering cosmetic surgery especially traveling abroad or seeking ethnic rhinoplasty, I strongly recommend researching other clinics that prioritize patient safety, communication, and accountability.

I received septoplasty surgery. The team was very professional, and I met with each nurse, the anesthetist, and surgeon before my procedure. I am now three months post-op, and I love my results; my nose looks very natural.

As someone who values clear & quick communication, I found that part of the process extremely amazing!! I started doing my research 3 years ago about rhinoplasty & surgeons. I recently underwent a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Sedat Rüzgar after a disappointing experience with Grand Clinic in 2021 leaving me with asymmetry and awful results.

From start to finish, the process was seamless with finesse clinic and I felt exceptionally well cared for all answers where promptly and in depth replied to each time.

The coordinator was outstanding—she was always responsive and attentive to my concerns, making the entire surgery journey stress-free. The driver was kind and punctual, ensuring comfortable transportation. I felt safe being alone here for surgery and was such a great experience.

Dr. Rüzgar truly listened to my needs and demonstrated remarkable bedside manner. He skillfully corrected the issues from my previous surgery, restoring both function and aesthetics to my nose without changing my ethnicity/face structure too much and I cannot be happier. Fin dalla prima consulenza, il dottor Sedat si è dimostrato estremamente professionale, ascoltando con attenzione le mie esigenze e spiegandomi nei minimi dettagli il procedimento, i risultati attesi e il percorso di recupero.

L’intervento è stato eseguito con grande precisione e cura. La clinica era moderna, accogliente e ben organizzata, e tutto il personale mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio. I’m really happy with my nose, It’s only been 4months and Dr Sedat Rüzgar deserves all the recognition because he is truly amazing and gifted at what he does. I choose him because he performs really beautiful clean natural work. He remakes the nose to a better version of itself with a feminine profile, that’s what he did for me. Sono venuta in questa clinica per una rinosettoplastica, inizialmente ero un po’ preoccupata essendo un paese straniero e non conoscendo la lingua, ma il dottore e i suoi colleghi sono stati gentilissimi fin da subito e mi sono stati sempre accanto.
Il dottor Sedat è davvero una persona dolce ed empatica, ha realizzato esattamente il risultato che gli avevo chiesto e dopo l’intervento è venuto in stanza per vedere come stavo.
In ospedale mi sono trovata benissimo con le infermiere sempre disponibili tutta notte. Halim gentilissimo e parlava molto bene l’italiano. Consiglio tantissimo la Finesse Clinic, ho realizzato il mio sogno ❤️

I will be completely honest and say that I was really scared in the beginning and I did not know how the surgery experience was going to be in Turkey and at some point I said never mind I’ll just not do it. Then I came across a girl on tiktok and loved her results so I decided to give it another shot and contact Dr Sedat.

Instantly I was connected with a lovely gentleman named Halim, who was first a stranger but now he is a good friend who I will remember forever. I was really annoying in the beginning ha ha I asked so many questions I had so many fears so I kept messaging and messaging and messaging but Halim was super patient and answered literally every single one of my questions throughout the two weeks that I was speaking to him before my surgery.

When I arrived to Turkey, I was really scared. It was a foreign country far from my home (Canada) and I did not speak the language and did not know how to navigate anything. But again, the amazing Halim was there every step and every minute and helped me find my way through everything.

On the day of my surgery I met the incredible Dr Sedat who changed my life forever. He was patient and understanding my requests and explained everything to me very clearly. I will be honest, I told myself to keep low expectations for the surgery because I did not know how the results were gonna look but 3 weeks later, everytime I look at my nose I thank god I chose Dr Sedat because the result is so natural and gorgeous. Even my mom and siblings who are against plastic surgery are considering going to Dr Sedat, that’s how good it looks.

And not to mention the hotel they booked me in, it was fantastic. The staff was incredible and even though I called like 10 times a day asking for water, ice, etc after my surgery, they always came to my door with a smile on their face. And the breakfast buffet is an amazing addition as well, especially when you are healing and cannot go anywhere.

And if you are worried about transportation, they set you up with an amazing transportation team who are really great communicators and will make everything easy and clear for you.

And if you are worried about the hospital, Dr Sedat put me in a very clean facility with the most wonderful staff seriously I have to give my thanks to the staff. They really took care of me and checked on me over and over again to make sure everything was okay and I even became friends with the lovely ladies working there, they are so so so sweet!

To conclude, do not worry about a single thing. Dr Sedat’s team has everything under control and will be there to help you every step of the way. And if you get Halim as your support agent, consider yourself lucky, he is amazing!

First of all everybody was supper nice and welcoming. They walk you through everything that’s needed not only that but Dr. Sedat Ruzgar and his whole crew are genuinely the best people to trust 100% from the conversations to the surgery and after surgery best treatment and care. They make you feel comfortable and not worried at all I was supper scared because this was my first ever surgery but everybody made sure to make me feel safe and excited for my results. From the first time I seen their Instagram page I knew he was going to be my doctor and I’m glad I went with dr sedat ruzgar. I highly recommend you to get anything done by him. I’m 5 month post op and I already love my results a lot of people didn’t even notice that I have gotten my nose done which was a big surprise for me (in a good way of course) Everyday I love my nose even more, dr sedat definitely brought my confidence back and that made me very happy. I never knew you could see results this fast and I’m here for it! Agian no hesitation when it comes to this clinic I recommend everybody and I promise you, you’re going to love it as much as I did. 10/10

Sono quasi passati due mesi dal mio intervento di Rinosettoplastica e posso affermare di essere molto felice. Ringrazio il dottore per aver realizzato il mio sogno e tutto il team che è stato super gentile e disponibile sin dall’inizio.

Sono passati soli due mesi da quando ho fatto una rinosettoplastica con il Dr. Sedat Ruzgar e sono strafelice del risultato. Tantissima disponibilità da parte sua e del suo staff fin da subito...da quando li ho contattati tramite WhatsApp per prendere appuntamento, fino ad oggi. Fin da principio subito chiari, disponibili e professionali... Ho pensato "va beh ci sta perché vogliono assicurarsi il cliente...." E invece no, questa serietà e professionalità l'hanno avuta sempre, sia lì a Istanbul durante l'intervento e la settimana dopo, che dopo qui in Italia. Non ho avuto problemi e quindi non è stato per me necessario contattarli, ma mi hanno contattata loro per chiedere se era tutto ok e se avessi bisogno di qualcosa. Io reputo molto importante questo poiché quando si decide di andare fuori, si ha sempre il timore che una volta rientrati nel proprio paese, durante il post operatorio e la convalescenza, in caso di problemi non si ha più la stessa disponibilità da parte del professionista e del suo staff.... E invece do 5 stelle a tutti. Del risultato poi sono estremamente soddisfatta!!!! Dopo soli due mesi il mio naso è già bellissimo e soprattutto solo lievi fastidi dovuti ai pochi punti interni rimasti (che cadranno spontaneamente)!!!!! Complimenti davvero al dottor Sedat e ai suoi collaboratori...soprattutto ad Halim, il suo interprete... Figura risultata necessaria per comprendersi a vicenda e senza incomprensioni per via della lingua. Grazie di tutto 🙏 ❤️

It's been a year since I've had my nose surgery done by Dr. Sedat Ruzgar and I am very happy with everything!
I was welcomed at the airport immediately after my arrival, all needed blood test were done right after my arrival and the next day I got my surgery. The surgery went very well, I woke up feeling great and I was able to breathe through my nose thanks to the special tampons they use. After 4 days being in my hotel, I was able to go out. I had a really thick skin nose, but the results of the surgery are better than I ever expected! I've been getting compliments on my nose, and everyone finds it very natural & I agree. It is exacly what I wanted, a very natural operation but a nose that would fit my face better. Even though my nose was swollen the first months, it already looked way smaller than the nose I had before. I feel way more confident with the doctors help and I have appreciated how helpful and friendly all his assistants are.
