Recently had some windows and doors fitted All very acceptable Few problems with one door which may have been due to communication issues but Finesse did persevere until correct All the staff were very pleasant and worked well

All my windows are all Finesse supply and install. Great company experience, great quality glazing. Good review and well deserved.

I have had windows put in a holiday cottage by this company and they were excellent so I ordered £11,000 worth of larger windows for my house. I ordered on the 23/02/2021 and the date I was given for installation was 10th to 14th of May. They came and measured and then I did not hear anything so this morning I emailed to make sure everything was going to plan. I had to go out so my adult daughter answered when they phoned to say they couldn't do it until June. I consider a 10 week lead time to be more than sufficient and I know that they have been doing other installations. But what really annoys me is that no one contacted me about this 'problem' until I contacted them. Then when I tried to phone there was no reply.
Next day I phoned again and was answered straight away, the Director called me back within minutes. The date I now have for installation is the 1st of June. Not convenient but the best they could do. Blamed suppliers for the late delivery of components but could not explain why I had not been informed. He was very nice but it doesn't change the inconvenience. However I have upped the stars I gave them because of this customer service and because they have been really good in the past. I will update this after the windows have gone in.
