WOW……what an amazing training course!! Having worked within education myself…… I can assure you at finishing touches they take the application of their training very seriously! And do not fail to deliver!! Content was very detailed and covered all areas! Delivery was exceptional considering all different learning styles! Products, the usual superior standard we always receive from FTG…..and the tutors….. well , they were next level professional!! Emma and Marzena are very friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, highly skilled with hands on, organised, understandable, patient and most of all……. They really cared about us understanding and enjoying the course.
Every member of staff I dealt with at FTG were super friendly and helpful!!
Huge follow up support after training is also available.

I’ve trained with finishing touches before and other training establishments too. I came back to finishing touches for my SMP course because by far they are the BEST. Feeling so confident to get started with this new technique I’ve learnt. Trainers are the best so thank you Emma and Marzena. I had a fab time too xxxx

I have always received great customer service from finishing touches, I am completely loyal to them.

I can not praise enough FTG. I booked 4 of my professional courses with them after researching for over 1 year trying to find online where would my money make the most of the investment. now Im through 2 of the courses and I certainly made the best decision ever!

I truly recommend it! if you are interested on training to the best professional level and with a company that will treat you like they care (because they do) then look no further.
I contacted other SPMU academies in London and surroundings but either their customer service was slow, very expensive, un-efficient or they just did not care to reply my questions about their training. Whereas FTG called me directly, open to answer my questions over the phone rather than emailing back and forth. Which showed so much of a personal care! they were not pushy either for me to enrol with them. all they wanted is me to make a good decision and also invited me over to see their facilities and have a feel of the training academy. (*competitors please learn from this*). I was so impressed on my visit, that I made the decision right there to sign up my courses.
Thank you so much and again. BOOK with them you WIL NEVER REGRET IT! well worth the investment!

Just finished my medical micro pigmentation training with Kelly. It was fantastic. Kelly is an amazing trainer, experienced and knowledgeable (and award winning) and the other members of the FT team were all very helpful and lovely too! It was well organised and very hands on, which I loved. All of the models that came in were lovely and I enjoyed the medical side so much, it’s a great feeling when you improve how someone feels about themselves. Can’t wait to start my case studies.

I first heard about Micropigmentation a few years ago and knew it was something I wanted to pursue. Before deciding on where to train I decided to contact multiple well established Micropigmentation Artists around the UK to get their advice and recommendations and Finishing Touches kept being recommended over and over. After doing my own research I loved the highly professional and medical approach Finishing Touches had to offer over other training schools. Dawn's knowledge and clear passion for the industry put me instantly at ease and made me so excited to have decided to train with FT! Both the theory and practical training I received from them was amazing, and the support is ongoing. Can't recommend enough!

I chose Finishing Touches as I was recommended them by an NHS Nurse. I travelled from Scotland to get training by the best. I have just completed the Hairstroke brows with Marcia & Steve, which was fab. I did online brows with Steve who really knows his stuff, and I also got a bit of practical with him in Hayward’s Heath which was brilliant. I loved hearing all his knowledge and way of working. I did my practical with Marcia in Manchester. She was really fab and made me feel really at ease. She was really informative and helpful, and was extremely patient with me, which was much appreciated. I then went down to Hayward’s Heath and did the Medical Micropigmentation course with Kelly and I honestly loved it. She was so knowledgeable, and informative, and had booked us in lots of models, so it was extremely hands on which I loved. It’s the best way to learn. It was honestly the best training I have been on! I really enjoyed learning about the areolas, scars & skin camouflage, and meeting all the wonderful models. I already have a massive sense of satisfaction from this work and cannot wait to work back up in Scotland. Thanks so much again to Finishing Touches and all the trainers. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get into Micropigmentation to train with Finishing Touches, they are the best. I knew the training would be good but it surpassed my expectations 💕

I completed the Scalp Micropigmentation course in December with Finishing Touches and I have to say how impressed I was from start to finish. Emma and Marzena were the trainers for the 3 days and they were so knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we left feeling confident in our own ability. I was also impressed by the level of aftercare you receive... I emailed a couple of questions over to both Emma and Marzena and the level of detail they both responded with was amazing, they clearly love their job and take a lot of pride in what they do.

The online shop is also brilliant, I've ordered from it a few times, super easy to use and navigate and my order arrived the next day!!
