Excellent customer service. I thought I bought the wrong remote for a fireplace but they walked me through the process incredibly quickly. Fast, efficient and friendly!

Had a older fireplace with a defective gas valve .could not find a interchange one on my own. Emailed my fireplace model # ,and had a answer and parts ordered in a hour. Probably spent 5 hours trying to figure it out on my own ,paying shipping is a small price to pay for there expertise.
Very happy the way it turned out a little modication of the two brackets new and old to keep gas valve in same spot as old on everything else worked out as expected, replaced gas valve and the millvolt assembly at the same time .

An absolutely professional outfit in all aspects. I didn't even end up buying what I needed from them due to somen part compatibility issues, but their service was outstanding. If all online companies operated like them people would be a lot happier.

Requested a part for my fireplace. Part has been on backorder for weeks. No communication back to me. Will not answer phone - only texts. When I inquire about the backorder via text/email I am told to put my name on a waiting list on line to be notified. I ordered the same part from another company in US - a company I was able to speak with a customer service rep who took the time to find the part.

Gave them the correct model number of the fireplace, they gave me the correct part to order. When received, it doesn't physically fit. Had to pay return shipping myself even though it was their mistake. They didn't refund the original shipping charge either. So basically they can send you any part and you will lose 2x the shipping charge.

Will post incorrect inventory and not update. Order somewhere else and save your time

Amazing and fast service for fire pit replacement pilot assembly. I urgently needed to get a pilot assembly from the US mfgr to be ready for July 1. Fire parts was able to deliver within 3 days at a better price than if I ordered direct.

Horrible delay in the shipment of the part. I was told 1-day shipping and still waiting!

Also do not trust the reviews on their web site. bogus

I could not have been happier with the service I received. I had much difficulty finding a technician because if they didn't install it, they couldn't work on it (insurance liability) and the company who installed it was no longer working with fireplaces. That left those technicians available trying to take advantage of the situation ($$$) without fixing the problem. After selling me the parts and then explaining my situation, Fire-Parts very patiently gave me advice on fixing it and referred me to specific pages in the manuals. I wanted to order more parts, but he said I didn't need them. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated that he took the time to educate me. I felt he had my best interests at heart. The prices were very fair and I could not recommend the company more highly. Very trustworthy.

Ordered the sit on top pilot assembly for NG... Correct part, arrived in two days from across the country, even with Covid... fair pricing... Installed and works great... Happy customer

Ordered a thermocouple. $20 part, $13 shipping and tax. Wrong part sent. $2 to return. $20 refund. This ‘experiment’ cost me $15. I then went to Mr. Fireplace, 10 min from my house, and got the correct part for $19. A big waste of time effort and money.
