We currently hold an account with your company, and I would like to provide feedback regarding the ordering process. The recent removal of online ordering due to being an account holder has made it less convenient for us. I now must call to place orders, which can be challenging during busy periods when we may lose track of our purchases. It would be beneficial if sales representatives had access to our account information, as this would help prevent situations in which we unknowingly exceed our account limit and assume that an order has been successfully placed.
