The ordering and delivery went smoothly, but upon opening up the box I had a couple chips in the actual fireplace and questions on the pilot light. I called and asked questions and got the run around. I was having trouble with lighting the pilot light and starter.. after emailing and sending pics of the chips they gave me a repair kit!!!
Not what I was looking for.. after a major purchase for us.. a fireplace that I just Recieved ! Then they told me to follow up with the pilot light company .. they weren’t familiar with that equipment! Not a great experience!

Fire pit cover has rusted out around the handle and the cover itself has warped. We purchased in May if 2024. So it even a year old.

I bought a Warming Trends burner from Fire Pits Direct Canada for my existing fire pit (the old burner was shot) but when i installed the burner it was producing excessive soot. I reached out to Fire Pits Direct and Warming Trends and they sent me "custom" replacement jets that solved the problem. I would highly recommend Fire Pits Direct and Warming Trends.
