Really quick delivery with one item that ordered, and the other items swiftly afterwards. Only downside is that the bucket I ordered is slightly mis-shaped so the lid doesn't quite fit on it securely.... ãã£ãšèŠã

Totally useless
Totally useless, ordered 10 fire log books on the Wed, heart nothing so phoned on the Monday to say I was going away on the Thursday and told was being dispatched that day, now Wed and still not turned up. When you are being charged over £ 10 delivery and told carrier will be in touch you expect at least some contact within a week!
Going away tomorrow so will be looking for a full refund!

Good quick service
Good quick service, and thoughtful about unnecessary items in order. Only thing preventing 5th star was not automatically sending credit note.

Really quick delivery, good prices
Really quick delivery with one item that ordered, and the other items swiftly afterwards. Only downside is that the bucket I ordered is slightly mis-shaped so the lid doesn't quite fit on it securely. I'm hoping once it's filled with sand it might round out and the lid will fit better.

Items never arrived
Items never arrived. No tracking details provided. Then had to argue with them that where they had delivered was not my address. Still waiting on a refund overv2 weeks later. Avoid as customer service is shocking

We are a small community village hall that just needed some new fire extingushers and fire blanket.

Fire stick great product, delivery company used very poor
Easy to order online, good communication and very good product. Have mounted the Fire safety stick in new caravan. Very happy with product. Only problem was the delivery company Evri. Delivery driver just walked up to door, threw my package on the floor outside front door, did not even nock, walked off and record delivery as complete. Would recommend using a better delivery company
