Assessor was excellent
Assessor was excellent, whilst being very knowledgeable also had an understanding of the practical & operational aspects of the organization. Whilst finding limited issues that need resolving the Assessor also came up with simple solutions to points being raised.
Would fully recommend them to any educational establishment.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review & we're very sorry that we had to send out a slightly revised report. On this occasion, our system allowed our validator access to your report when it should have been locked, pending a response to a query, therefore it was originally issued prior to the assessors response. The amendments were slight but we felt it was better to ensure you had the most accurate and clear version.
We do quote 7-10 working days to prepare reports as they have to be checked in the office & then validated. We can usually release them earlier, however your assessment was a bit more complex, which is why it took the full 10 days.

Fire Risk Assessment of communal areas of 6 flats , From the initial phone (very polite and professional)to to the arrival of the assessor, everything was dealt with swiftly and efficiently, producing very comprehensive report. The assessor arrived early in order to observe the property, and report was produce within three days. I could not fault the service.

Fire Warden Training
The information received was too much for the allocated time. It would have been better to have two Training sessions.The Multiple Choice Assessment was not presented as it should have been.

We review the training annually to ensure it remains relevant & up to date, we then use any feedback we receive, to focus on areas that attendees tell us they would like improving.
Our Fire Warden sessions typically run for around 4 hours, with the exact duration depending on participant numbers and whether practical extinguisher training is included. While this length is generally sufficient for most companies to cover the necessary requirements, we definitely review the content to see if it can be made more concise whilst still ensuring attendees are given the critical information needed, to be an effective Fire Warden.

Assessor was knowledgeable giving constructive feedback on Fire Safety requirements. The Risk Assessment report was clear and concise with summary of Non Conformances and time line to rectify.

Very professional
The assessor really knew her stuff and was friendly, but professional. However this is a converted house with four flats and I feel that the resulting paperwork was complicated and very wordy. The freeholders manage the building themselves so perhaps should have engaged a company that could also do the necessary work. If you are a larger block/ company I would recommend them.

FRA. Com corresponded promptly and professionally from the start.
I met Steve who carried out a lengthy survey and went through everything with me that applied to the building.
He was so thorough and guided me all the way and put my mind at ease.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone requiring this sort of work to be carried out.
The assessment came back to me within 1 - 2 weeks and I am now instructing contractors to carry out the necessary work.
They also reassured me to make contact at anytime for them to help with more information as and when needed.
Nothing was too much trouble.

Straightforward dealing throughout
Straightforward dealing throughout. Well qualified assessor - good comms - met estate manager on site and talked him through all aspects of the assessment. Report correctly reflected their discussion on site. An adjustment to the report was made to reflect an electrical certificate not previously recorded therein. Sensible follow up advice thereafter. Altogether, well satisfied with the process.
