I worked with Firm Learning for my consulting interview preparation and overall application strategy. The support was well-structured and practical: clear prioritization, helpful feedback and concrete guidance on how to strengthen my own story, answers and overall interviewing (esp. case interviews). What stood out to me most was the combination of high standards and a supportive style. Feedback was direct, specific and actionable, so improvements translated quickly into better performance in interviews. The process increased confidence and clarity significantly and it delivered strong outcomes. With their help, I received offers from two of my dream companies (Tier 1 Strategy Consulting Firms). The subscription model has pros and cons for the customer. Firm Learning does add value, but it may not be constant over time.

A detailed program with step-by-step follow-up activities, including case studies and exercises covering every aspect of the curriculum. However, the program mainly focuses on the DACH market. Nonetheless, I would strongly recommend it, especially for anyone pursuing a career in consulting.

I joined the Firm Learning with high expectations, but I was actually surprised by the depth of support. Especially for interview prep, the setup is professional. You case at least twice a week with former BCG and Bain consultants, and they use a tracking tool so you actually see where you need to improve based on hard data.

The personal aspect is just as strong. The calls with Johannes and Heinrich were the most helpful part for me. It is impressive how quickly they understand your situation, structure a solution and give helpful advice. Having that level of support, plus WhatsApp access for quick questions, is rare.

Also, the course content is refreshing because it gets straight to the point. It covers everything in a really structured way from career/business skills to mindset without fluff. If you have questions, you just jump on a call.

I reached my goal of securing internships and return offers from top consulting firms. Beyond that, I gained a lot of self-confidence and access to a worldwide network of motivated people in all kinds of industries. If you want to fast-track your career with proven insider strategies, this program is the best investment you can do.

With the Programm from Firm Learning I achieved clarity and really good learning progress with my professional skills.

Ich habe das Firm Learning Coaching gemacht, um mich optimal für meinen Berufseinstieg in der Strategieberatung vorzubereiten (Day One Readiness).
Für mich standen vor allem die Themen Financial Modelling, Storylining und Zero-Defect im Fokus. Ich konnte mich durch Firm Learning in diesen Disziplinen deutlich verbessern und hatte nun einen super Start als Strategieberater. Klare Empfehlung!

Sublime course, clearly structured and effective. Coaches are very approachable and easy to reach (most times :D).

My only reason for not giving 5/5 stars, is missing price flexibility. With differently priced packages, grantig access to only the specifically required modules, expense and benefit could have been better tailored to my particular case.

But that's high-level critique.

Overall, FirmLearning played an important part in landing an attractive new position.

A lot of content especially the videos. Takes time and discipline if you want to go through all of it as per the timing.
Quality of the content is great and the coaching sessions (1 on 1) really support the learning
Weekly call which unfortunately I did not manage to join on a regular basis is also a great support to improve understanding and an opportunity to apply to your personal experience.
Fortunately all sessions are recorded and can be reviewed at later stage - which is a big plus.
Support of Johannes was great through all the journey.
