Highly recommend first floors. Sales process was fantastic, staff very knowledgeable and gave good advice. Scott who did the fitting was very good - again very knowledgeable and on hand to assist with any issues no matter how small. Very pleased with my new flooring and everyone comments on how good a job it is.

Highly recommend First Floors. Graeme at the show room was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us choose a flooring which would suit our needs. Placing our order and arranging fitting was straightforward. Fitting was hassle free, Scott was fantastic and discussed which options would work best for our room. Couldn't ask for more, delighted with our new flooring.

Visited First Floors and spoke to David H who was very helpful when we were picking our laminate flooring and carpets. Flooring now laid and delighted with result. Thanks to all involved.

Excellent service from first Floors and Scott in Particular did a superb job fitting our new Amtico flooring.

First floors were recommended to us by someone online. We had a year of one company coming back to repair and replace flooring 3 times we were at the stage of thinking we couldn’t get a nice floor fitted! We spoke to David and told him what we wanted. He visited our home and suggested a totally different floor to get the best look. We went with that and we are so delighted with the end product, it’s gorgeous! The fitters actually turned up on time every day!! (That is new to us!!) they were totally professional and finished on schedule! Such a delight to have these guys in the house!! Thank you so much!!

First Floor provided excellent service. From initial contact at their shop in Giffnock, staff were knowledgeable, informative, engaging and prepared to accommodate our schedule to the completion of the work which consisted 80 square metres of laminate flooring. The guys who fitted the flooring were professional and meticulous and we are delighted with their work and end product.

First Floor, first class.

We needed to replace our Karndean floor in our kitchen and conservatory. Our floor was uneven and unsightly and consequently needed some preliminary work to achieve the desired finish we wanted. Of the options available to us First Floors allowed us to take 6 samples home to check our preference. Just as well, since what we opted for was different from what we originally wanted. The job was done on time and on budget by the appointed fitters who were a pleasure to have in the house. A couple of minor snags were fixed quickly to finish the whole floor. We’re delighted with the end result and would thoroughly recommend the team there who were helpful and keen to please.

We got laminate flooring fitted and it is lovely. The fitter did a fantastic job, including fitting new skirting boards. It was all done with no fuss and a very professional job. The salesman was a great help as we didn't know exactly what we were looking for, so he answered our questions and pointed us in the right direction. Would definitely recommend.

We were very impressed with our experience of First Floors from start to finish. We were unsure of what was the best flooring for our needs and welcomed the honest and useful advice from David. We were able to take samples home which meant we could be sure in our decision. We needed two rooms floored at different times and First Floors were more than happy to accommodate this. The fitter was prompt, tidy and removed all the packaging. He completed both jobs in just a few hours each. We couldn’t recommend First Floors enough. And will certainly be back for our next project.

Delighted with my new Amtico floor. Excellent service from First Floors who had to coordinate with two other companies. Great communication during a difficult time with the pandemic affecting deliveries. Fitted by Scott who is true craftsman.

Honestly so chuffed with my new floor. Everyone has been so helpful especially after I ran into issues on my end and had to delay getting my skirting on - everyone I spoke to has been so flexible, the joiner who fit the floor was really pleasant and quick too. Highly recommend!

It's a great shop, they have got a huge variety of wood samples, engineered wood, etc...
David is very helpful and will help you choose the type of wood is best for you.

This is the third time we have used First Floors, previously lounge and kitchen and now the hallway and staircase. We have found the range of choices and assistance given by David and staff very helpful. Kenny & Steven did a very professional (and tidy) job. We are delighted with the outcome and will definitely use them again.

We recently purchased engineered oak wood flooring for our open plan living room, dining area, kitchen and hall and are really delighted with the finished result. It looks even nicer than we imagined. The service has been fantastic and we would thoroughly recommend First Flooring. David the manager is always friendly and helpful - no hard sell here, just knowledgeable assistance. Dario our fitter was professional, tidy and hard working and the finish is really beautiful. Wouldn't go anywhere else for floor coverings.

Great ,speedy and friendly service in the showroom and measured my home for sizing within an hour. A fantastic range of products with reasonable pricing. I purchased carpets and laminate flooring. All the flooring was fitted in my home very quickly, in less than two weeks . They were very flexible with fitting dates and the floors were extremely well laid. I cannot recommend First floors and their team enough. Don’t hesitate to make a purchase, I will be going back in the future!
