Very efficient service to join up, with Kyle ringing me at a time I chose via email.

Also he was very helpful in clarifying our motorhome, which is exactly 3500kg ,was covered on the "small" motorhome cover, and also the European trip coverage. Thanks

Having to wait on the phone for 10 minutes+ not once but on three separate occasions before someone finally did arrive to my Breakdown nobody keeping me up dated to any hold ups as I know it was bad weather and obviously busy but first call at 7.45am and finally arrived at 13.45

I couldn’t fault the buying experience - a simple, straightforward online purchase which appeared to suit my needs perfectly and at a competitive price,

However, this could be offered by many companies, so I hope that this experience replicates itself should I be unfortunate enough to need the services they offer - ie attend a breakdown and / or recovery of my motorhome.

I hope I don’t ever need to find out.

As an excutitive chauffeur company, we need the added peace of mind that we get with first 4 recovery.
That if we were to ever brake down help is only a phone call away and our customers will be taken to their destination on time, and we can get recoverd back to base.

I just signed up primarily for the built-in European Cover as I take my motorcycle round Europe a couple of times a year. With the AA you have to pay separately for this cover and it is much more expensive for what appears to be a similar level of service. I will consider adding my car to the policy when my AA comes up for renewal as the UK cover looks equally compatible.The admin seems to have been very smooth so far though I have not had a breakdown to test the system (and hope I don't have to).

I have not been able t download my policy document .
Have emailed twice, paid for the policy and now worrying if I need their help whilst we’re away travelling that I’ll have a similar experience

I rang first 4 recovery and they were very fast at responding and very good service they gave me and went in to full details what I wanted for my policy I would highly recommend this company Brilliant!!!!!

Was easy to join, have not needed to call for assistance yet.
