Beware!, No response from phone, email or online form. Breakdown and customer service is same number and it is not in operation. Looks like they have closed but still takes your money.

Trying to cancel policy as no phone numbers work, you cant talk to anyone, not good when you have a fleet to get covered not faith with this firm at all, taken your money and nothing from them at all, stay clear

It was a simple experience to purchase large Motorhome breakdown cover. The terms and conditions were clear.

Is their phone message still valid" closed due to covid19" I'm try to renew my policy but can't get past this message,there is no alternative option if you have broken down to call assistance. I can renew via online booking,but seems little point if i cant
get hold of them,i see one other review has paid via this now can't get hold of them!!

Excellent company. I've had to use them when broken down and they were excellent. Even though my policy had lapsed and I wasn't actually covered, they got me sorted with a tow truck ASAP. I really wouldn't like to go with anyone else

HAVE PAID THIS COMPANY £237 POUNDS BUT HAVE NO POLICY,CAN NOT GET THEM ON THE PHONE, HAVE SENT TWO EMAILS,STILL NO REPLY,HAVE NOW ASKED FOR MONEY BACK,AS YET STILL NO REPLY. THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A COMPANY. SOMETHING SEEMS VERY WRONG.
DO NOT FEEL I CAN TRUST THEM. MAY CALL TRADING STANDARDS.

So far, so good - however, so far is :- I have paid an amount of money to First 4 Recovery for a year's worth of breakdown recovery. The website was easy to navigate, payment was taken uber easily (but that's always the case I find).
I duly received a confirmation email which is great. I haven't had any 'human' interaction as yet. I'm hoping that putting my trust and hard earned money into this company will pay off well should I ever break down and need their assistance. That's why I'm giving 3 stars for now, they haven't done anything wrong - they just haven't done anything other than receive my money and send me notification of that.
I'll give another star rated opinion based on future dealings as and when that time comes.

This is always easy to renew and only gone up slightly since last year .
I have not had to use the service for a car brake down yet,and hope l never have to.
But knowing l have this cover in place gives me the peace of mind in my line of work transporting V.I.P.S. around from various locations.
It pays to be prepared for the unexpected mishaps.

Excellent communication and very quick and helpful service. I renewed my taxi breakdown cover policy 2nd time with them. Superb excellent highly recommended **************

Has this firm finished not answering emails or calls. Will be taking my business elsewhere

Now impossible to contact admin. to verify our address. The phone gives an automated message that they are busy & to leave your details & they will call back. Their inbox is full so it is not possible. They do not answer e mails nor answer on Messenger.
WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE RENEWING OUR 3 VEHICLES!

Been with this company for 3 years for my company van breakdown needs. Been trying to get hold of the renewels team now for 2 months. Left my details 5 times and still noone gets back to me.....4 vans moved to driver guardian who at least answer the phone and are £20 per van cheaper for far superior cover. 3 more vans will be moved later this month. The company must either be in trouble or just really poor service. The renewls section of their website has been down for weeks.
Beware people.
