Ordered 4 pcs if jewellery. One product, a necklace, was totally different than ordered. Not matching even 1%. This shows company has no quality controls. Another product, a bracelet, ordered of adult size but a similar product of a new born baby was sent. One item was OK. Delivery of the fourth item was not taken because of prior experience. Requested for refund to which firstcry agreed but didn't pick up the product in next 3 days and I left for another city. Moreover, firstcry advised that they will credit the amount in my wallet which can be used for future purchases. Overall customer service is abysmal. Delivery was pathetically slow. Took around 10 days to deliver. Firstcry is not supplying items ftom their own store but thtough other vendors over which it has no control.  Avoid buying from firstcry or you lose money as I have.

I ordered a stream iron from this website it was not working as expected so initiated the return on the very same day but support guys did not initiated the return to vendor and hence the return got rejected because of their fault. And no one ever bothered to reply my emails. Totally pathetic customer support.

Cheaters..first cry is least bothered about its customer. Return policy is horrible. No support, poor management, poor customer service team. Loosing trust now.

do not buy from first cry...the AHC sent me different product and first cry is not even responding even after reaching them many time. they closed my request.

best for babies shopping. best price & best quality products. i had ordered some nightwear for my kids & the quality just turned to be superb.

Very Bad service no customer attitude,It was our first visit , and we purchased a lot of baby products, im very very dissatisfied with this item that’s sold faulty , it’s really unfair if the staff knows if it’s faulty or not appropriate don’t just do the sale because you need to be counted on incentives, today I open the bag for the first time today so I can get my son to use it , bless my little one , he sat down and the fold seat came down and my son had an accident he was bleeding as he had an accident , we paid 1445 for the item , we bought this abroad with us to use it , also reason was we can carry it when we travel as it’s very compact I also found staff there recommend products where it counts more on incentives side I believe and honestly it’s so bad , the locking doesn’t stAy as the stay bits of the foldable potty was broken and I wonders why it’s shaky and but wobbly ,
I’m very very unhappy as my son had a fall via his nose and his lips got two deep cuts , I had a panic attack looking at my little ones bleeding

I honestly need a solution to this

Then I used the callback option to make sure that my order was accepted for consideration, and I liked how the operator answered my questions about the quality of the goods and about the terms of delivery. The toys were delivered within 2 days, I liked the quality and now I'm buying everything in this store!
