Refinancing personal loan
While people in the bank were very helpful, I felt misled by promotions for refinancing my personal loan and false promises of better rates that were supposed to save me money. The actual interest rate that was offered to me after the hard credit inquiry was nowhere near the promoted rate, or even the one that was discussed in the bank, despite my very good credit score. As a result, I ended up with a new loan where I am paying more in total than I was before.

The representative was very patient ,polite and understood exactly what I needed. She stayed on the line and helped me set up my profile and pointed out some very useful things in the online app, I hadn't realized were there. Thanks so much!

Very Professional and efficient highly recommended
I interacted with Glenice Griffen who is extremely helpful, responsive, prompt and resourceful. My experience at this branch has always been good but Glenice went an extra mile to make the banking experience smooth and easy for me.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, clearly the employees are not happy. Avoid this place, it is not a pleasant place to do business.
