I've been with First Tech since before they were First Tech ( Addison Avenue) in 1998. I have tried other banks like ICCU, and US BANK while maintaing accounts with First Tech. The friendly service, features available on their phone app and website, are why I stay. Their no nonsense approach to treating your money as your money, such as not debiting your account until the charge clears at the seller, balance protection without fee for overdraft when you have an attached savings account. The First Tech office in Eagle, has Very personal approach to dealing with customers. If Jaime at the front deck hands you off to a specialist, you sit and have a chat in a private room to conduct your business. They are very thorough to be sure you are you before handing over money. After trying the other banks, First Tech is a STAR performer.

Hector was outstanding! He spent extra time to explain everything to me and made me feel at ease about putting my money in a safe place. Every time I have visited the branch I am greeted at the door immediately, offered beverages and taken to a lovely private office to do my banking. I came to First Tech to move my money out of big banks that are only in the business of making money for themselves off of working people. First Tech is in the business of helping their clients and giving back to the community. Highly Recommend!

Muhammad made my check order very easy! I had contacted OrderMyChecks.com, but since it had been so very long since my last order they had no record of me ordering, and to contact my financial institution. So, in came Muhammad! He did very well and explained my options for tracking or no tracking. And to contact him if I had any questions!

I had a difficult problem with Zelle. My funds received were going to a closed bank account in a different bank. After an hour on the phone with the other bank we were at a loss to correct the problem.
Contacted Jaime in First Tech and he worked through the issue and showed me how to correct the problem. Jaime contacted me two more times to verify that the Zelle was working correctly Thanks Jaime.!! Thanks First Tech.

Brandi McClure at the Eagle, ID branch showed exceptional customer service for my husband and I. She was very attentive and listened as we outlined our concern and frustration. She also explained fully how to best use the First Tech fraud alert system helping us to get the best outcome. I was impressed with her professionalism and her empathy.

I’ve now worked with Kristina Rainwater for just over two years. She goes above and beyond to not only meet my requests but to exceed my expectations.

First Tech has always provided outstanding service. Their online program has everything I require, up to wire transfers. If I have any questions, I can contact them via phone or email, so I've rarely needed to visit an actual branch.

Getting the initial documents signed was very difficult. The process requiring me, the primary on the loan, to forward the document to my granddaughter was not well described and caused a delay in processing the loan

The response to my request was quick and completed as requested. We have been with First Tech for over 30 years and wouldn't change.
You need to correct the Idaho address in your choices.

I just worked with Hector at 1st Tech location in the Boise Idaho area to finalize an auto purchase with a private seller. The transaction including loan finalization can be complicated but everything was completed efficiently and painlessly.

Actually, the branch in 11311 Chinden Blvd has been moved to Eagle but the new location did not show up while selecting the location for review. hence chosen old address.
I want to thank Bradley Holstein of Eagle,ID location for his tremendous support during my auto loan process, setting up the credit card, line of credit account and the list goes on. He made sure that i got right interest rates based on my credit score which did help my financial situation lot. Thanks a bunch to him. And the staff in this location has always been friendly & helpful. never had moment i was left unsatisfied. Keep rocking!!!
