I got a First Tech Card initially for foreign travel. No foreign currency conversion fee, and available PIN card. Turns out they have a lot to offer as a full service bank. And they have very helpful service reps.

Jenifer has provided me with excellent customer services. I encountered a very stressful situation with an important document I needed to complete a very time-sensitive transaction, and our CU sent the package via a next day service early this week. It has been several days now and the package is presumed lost/delayed at this point. I reached out to Jenifer to seek her assistance. Her professionalism and compassionate caring really shine throughout her interactions with me during this ordeal. She spared no efforts in reaching out internally to various departments to assist her in resolving this situation. I greatly appreciate that our CU continues to employ customer representatives like Jenifer that place customer satisfactions as their number one priority. Great customer support. Have a share certificate near maturity and a financial advisor took the time to reach out. Good interaction. Well meaning, no pressure tactics. Offered a range of options designed to help me strategize and save money.
