Hello -
This morning I phoned into FTCU to check on something in my account and I was transferred to Ms. Nicole Monaghan.
- How fortunate for me to be connected to Nicole who was as pleasant as she was professional.
- She listened carefully to the issueand was thorough to look up my account to verify what the issue actually was.
She completely did the problem solving and figured out the issue in no time. She was beyond helpful and clearified everything for me.
- Nicole has an excellent customer service approach, effective listening skills, and excelling problem solving skills too!
- Ms, Monaghan is defintely an ASSET to First Tech Credit Union - and I am so grateful to have met her and receive her assistance.

We went to the bank in person with our 15 year old son who recently got his first job and was looking at having more authority over his account. Unfortunately we were told we'd need to make an appointment, so went to see Lorraine so that we could simply deposit his pay checks. Lorraine was very knowledgeable and informative on what is allowed or not in underage accounts, and did a fantastic job answering all the questions we had.

Lydia was very friendly and helpful, and helped me set up better accounts for my needs.

Needed a new debit card after it was stolen, and the app wasn't letting me follow the process on the website. Carlos helped me get it figured out so I could get to Costco for some diapers. He rocked it!

He was very thorough, Patient and explained everything so as I could understand. He answered everything and made it Clear!

Jose Flores was so helpful and kind! He quickly got me access to the information that I needed and walked me through a few options for additional support I was needing!

Jose was incredibly friendly, you could practically hear his smile over the phone. When I needed help with a credit dispute outside his area, he didn’t hesitate to reach out to a colleague to make sure I got the right information. That level of care and follow-through truly goes above and beyond typical customer service.

This afternoon, I opened a new account with FT. I did it online. It was a little complicated but then I got help from Jose Flores from the call center. Jose is very knowledgeable, patient, corteous. He helped me from the beginning to the end, very smooth. Account was set as well as my online account.

I appreciate the fantastic support that Jose Flores has provided. All my questions and issues were fully resolved.

Lorraine was awesome 👌. She was very helpful with me getting my personal loan. Thanks.

I called in today to get an update as to when I would be receiving bonus reward points from a promotion at the end of 2025. I was very frustrated after talking to 2 credit union employees who told me that there was no such promotion and generally acted as if they didn't care. I was on the phone for 35 minutes and when I was being transferred to another dept my call was disconnected. I called back and my call was answered by Nisha Genani. She patiently listened to me, which must have been hard as I was really frustrated, as I explained my situation. At first she told, me as the others did, that there was no such program. I told her I had received an email in late December/early January saying that I was to receive my bonus points soon for qualified purchases during the promotion. I unfortunately I had misplaced the email but was adamant that I did and told her what it had said. She told me she would have do further research and would I mine if she put me on hold. After about 5 minutes she came back, asked if I was ok and to let me know that she needed a little more time. When she finally returned she told me that she had found documentation supporting my claim and would document everything and send to the investigation group for resolution. Dealing with Nisha was refreshing. She treated me as if I was special, took ownership of the situation and did her due diligence to investigate and and get it resolved. She treated me with respect, made me feel special, and showed me that she cared about doing was right. I appreciate all she did. She is a valuable asset to the organization and is due the respect and recognition for doing fantastic job. I am sure the next person she deals will feel the same. I was my pleasure working with her and hope I will be able to again.

I was on the phone to figure out the atm fees and travel notification, Jose was extremely helpful and patient in sorting out al my questions.

Velle from Cornell was really friendly, very approachable and easy to talk to. She was able to help me and my family with all our questions and banking.

Jose Flores was great helped me with all the information I needed. He explained everything in detail. Had a really great experience.

My dispute on my online account charges were successfully taken cared of by Velle. I’m very happy and satisfied with the services she has done. I remain to be a loyal client of First Tech for many more years to come.

Was able to get my accounts managed correctly and upgrade to better solutions for future investments. Thank you to Queenie Phu for directing the path that fits my needs🙌
