I shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes for a cashiers check. I’m sitting in the branch trying to get a simple cashiers check with the manager doing nothing.

Lev is knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Took all the neccessary time to get my issues resolved without making me feel rushed.

Good customer service.

First Tech is a credit union my family and I trust!! The staff is always kind and attentive without exception! Sarah Mae is one of my favorites, and I light up when I get to work with her! Banking is supposed to be boring, but she makes it fun and even exciting!! We highly value this branch!!

When I arrived at the CU I had just discovered that my bank accounts had been hacked into. I was very rattled and filled with anxiety and fear. I met with Lev Silberstein, sharing with him my situation and my fears. Lev was very calming and patient and a good listener. He was very helpful getting my accounts in order and secure, and he was reassuring as he walked through next steps with me. He explained things well and patiently answered all my many questions.
