Great Customer Service
Kinjal gave me call back to let me know my Account was approved before I received the confirmation email and kindly assisted me in downloading the First Tech Credit Union App, setting up mobile banking and adding my New Debit card to the Mobile wallet. Best banking experience I've ever had
Working with Chai at First Tech was the best banking experience I've ever had. I was looking into opening an account and applying for an FHA loan. Chai went above and beyond to get the process started. Helped walk me through everything and provided a lot of information I wouldn't have known to ask. I feel very confident moving forward thanks for all the information Chai provided me. His personality was incredible and he made me feel very comfortable knowing I was in good hands. Can't thank him enough for the wonderful customer service provided.

Matt was with me multiple times patiently troubleshooting and helping with a complicated situation to be able to open a cjoint credit card and add thatt friend to my checking account as joint. The joint owner is not a memeber and is in a different state which makes the situation so complicated. He made sure he had a resolution to it for me!! Thank you Matt!

Good use of modern technology for banking needs from checking, savings, CDs, loans, bill pay, money transfers/wires and other financial products. Applications are online and team members are available for support online and in-person if needed. With a recent merge with another institution, the overall financial health of First Tech Federal CU has been strengthened.

best CD rates locally and best customer service
first tech is always the best in providing best CD options for me. Hashim and all the reps have always been very helpful in quickly addressing my requests and getting it right the first time every time.

My information got entered wrong…
My information got entered wrong including my birthday had a rough time getting my card activated. Just when I was getting upset after speaking with 1 person already 😡 I finally got ahold of someone that helped me fix it. Everyone is very professional and courtes otherwise not a horrible experience.
