Palo Alto First Tech
Our family has been customers with First Tech for many years, and they have always provided excellent services. I've mainly spoken with Mr. Amjad Marri over the years, and he's always been very helpful and genuine. Anytime we travel, he helps us make sure we're financially prepared. He's quick to make me aware of all the benefits that First Tech provides, including financial consultation so people know how to use or invest their money more wisely. Most importantly, he's very personable and will gladly talk about concerns regarding finances and even separate issues that can affect money or livelihood, which I think is great for establishing financial connections. I also had a recent experience with Ms. Cherry Aung Sang, who was also a great help when it came to opening up certificates and managing my savings. She's also a very knowledgeable representative and gave a lot of information during our talks. Overall, a fantastic credit union, and I have yet to run into any issues with them. Communication is great, no issues with the website or the app, no security issues, and I'm happy to continue having them as my primary credit union.

Easy and straightforward
I've been with First Tech since 2005, and I still like them. Today I went in with my partner to open a joint account, we were helped by Nuria, and she was helpful and efficient. It's so nice to feel like FT is working for its members, not shareholders.
