The staff at first tech and their customer service team, including Josh Turner, who helped me today, were all wonderful. I had some mistakes happen with getting a new debit card on the same day of doing a very large wire transfer, but by the end of it, the first tech team got it figured out and we were back to normal. Thanks!

Great customer service. Answered all my questions and got my accounts set up the way I wanted for the best benefit for me. I moved back to First Tech after a long hiatus. All my accounts were legacy, now updated to latest ones. Did a great job explaining what made the updated better for me.

Ashes was patient and thoughtful as he dealt with a 70 six-year-old lady, trying to figure out how to make a deposit via a written check. So nice of him.

I came in with concerns about my credit card payment and Michelle sat with me, showed me how to check my account on the app and explained how to take care of my credit card payments. She was so nice and helpful.

First Tech CU employees, like Michelle, are the reason I have been a member for 30+ years. Whether I’m in a branch, communicating by email or text or phone, I have never had a negative interaction. They are always helpful, and like a dog with a bone, they never give up until their customers are happy and satisfied with the product or service they provide.

First Tech was excellent to partner with (again) for our home equity loan. Brittany was responsive, communicative, and timely throughout the process. Highly recommended the team, great care for the customer.

Else was amazingly knowledgeable and adept at explaining how to solve the problem my wife and I presented to her. She gave step by step instructions to my wife to navigate on her cellphone to get to a solution to her problem. I enjoyed making her laugh and smile as I joked about the solution she guided us to. Thanks again so much to Elese for her professional and perfect assistance to a solution to our problem. Thank you!

Any time I have went in everyone is very pleasant and very quick to greet you! Vanessa is knowledgeable and helpful with any problems I may have. The whole team is amazing! I highly recommend FTFCU to everyone! Thank you for the care your team gives each member.

I set up new accounts and two CD’s. I was assisted by Viviana who did an excellent job. Knowledgeable, professional and she answered all my questions. Super satisfied with the results.

She started by spelling her name after introducing herself. That was important to me. She helped me with my request and then let me know I have rewards I didn’t know I had. She sent me info on how to use those rewards and all was done in a very quick timeline. I appreciated Ro’s help.

Attention to details. Shari was thorough and very kind. She spent extra time to help me set up Zelle. And she straightened out several things in my online banking. She has great customer service skills. Thank you Shari!
