Mr. Scot Taylor was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. If I could give this gentlemen any higher rating I WOULD! Knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to deal with... All my issues were resolved perfectly!

I went in because of the six month rate and literally didn’t step back through the door for 6 months and was greeted and remembered like it was last week

Evelyn was helpful with entering my issue of not getting the loan cashback reward, but FirstTech can't seem to get this working.
So, if you are using rewards checking and expecting the 0.5% loan cashback, check your statement and make sure you are receiving it.
They missed the rebate again in August and I'm having to make another request to get it fixed. It's < $10/month but it's frustrating to have to monitor this myself.

We needed help with a complicated wire transfer. Ashley was extremely patient. Did research that overcame a major obstacle. Ultimately helped us to complete the wire transfer. Definitely give her 5 stars for outstanding customer support.
