Very respectful, courteous, and professional call.

Great customer service

After several months of thinking to get an income protection for myself I’ve finally decided to get one. I had an advisor named Cody (hope I’ve spelled it right) who was extremely helpful on the phone . Answered to all my questions and explained everything. He was really reassuring and professional and I highly recommend this service.

Mainly positive but some questions were repetative which did become sligjtly annoying because it unnecessrily prolongued the process. This was fed back at the time and I made it clear it wasnt a criticism of the person asking the questions.
